Also, it gets "confused" often. Asks to add water even though water level is more than half full. This is our 3rd Keurig in 10 years and by far the worst.

I would recommend this to a friend Old or fake merchandise?

The coupons inside the box expired 6/30/24--even though I bought the unit 12/19/24. I tried to register the warranty, and Keurig's system tells me that the serial number is not a valid number. Is this a fake or just old merchandise? Too much headache.

The first one lasted me a long time but after that every one I’ve bought is cash in the trash . Do not recommend at all

Don’t waste your money

The only reason I bought it is because there was not a single cup that used the k-pods. But now the Ninja has a specialty coffee maker and it works with the pods! I WILL NEVER BUY A KEURIG EVER AGAIN!
