The coffee comes out tasting great and it's so easy to use. I definitely recommend it, especially if you get it as a Deal of the Day!

I purchased one about 5 years ago and it is still working great. I can fit a 30oz stainless steel cup under it nicely.

It just makes cup after cup after cup of great coffee with no issues. We like the variety of cup sizes without having to add the desired amount of water, as some other models require. I also like that the water reservoir has a charcoal filter, which I change a couple of times a year.

This one is quieter for sure but feels like the capacity is too small. Also, our last one lit the reservoir which helped see the water level. Sale price makes this a great value.

Fast heating and brewing without the mess of its predecessor. Small enough to be on the counter without causing clutter. Very clean, efficient and attractive machine which I plan to purchase for the kitchen at my job. Filter for water comes in handy in a public use facility like work. Again, an excellent machine to have. I am very, very pleased.
