Gave it away as a gift and they loved it. Convenient, space saving, a makes great coffee, especially when you only need one cup, or in a hurry to brew a cup.

Exact replacement

This unit works great and will hopefully provide many years of trouble free service. Since it was an exact replacement it occupies the same footprint. The redesigned water reservoir is a nice improvement. Will be interesting to see if the descale helps.
