I bought it because the old one is many years old and continued to make excellent coffee. It is the tops to me and I will always buy similar to this one. I drink 1 cup of coffee every morning.

This one has extra coffee size selection. Also now you can select coffee size before water has heated. Very convenient. On the negative, water cover seems cheap and does not fit as well as previous unit. Keurig has too many models to choose from. It makes selection difficult. However, Best Buy sale price made this the obvious choice.

Great Single serve solution

We replaced a 4 year old 2.0 that had trouble from day one, due to a glitch in the manufacturing process (always clogging). This one is simple and Works great so far.

Cleaning set package instruction is not very clear so I didn't know what to do with it at a glance. With all respect, it's functional ergonomically decent design. Great if it comes with a auto-on time setting. genuine feeling i give a 4 star : )

LOVE MY NEW KEURIG

Love the multiple cup options and the fact that it also has a strong option to make a strong cup! My daughter and I use this daily and so far it has exceeded our expectation. We are defiantly saving $$$! :) If you are coffee junkie, you will not be disappointed with this machine. Makes tasty coffee. We use the Starbucks K-cups and it taste just like when you purchase a cup from Starbucks .

Great coffee maker

Never have had an issue, but we do clean it regularly to prevent buildup.
