We are very pleased with this as it does exactly what it supposed to. As long as you keep it filled with water it works every time. My only drawback is the amount of waste we create making coffee now with the containers .

Love it! Easy to use and clean and no matter your mug size you will be ok. Best buy sale price made it an excellent value!

A nice feature is "STRONG". Also has Auto OFF, Descale, and Add Water light alert. It comes with a water filter chamber. The only drawback is the drip pan is cheap plastic and can easily come off. Makes great coffee.

We love this model and it is inexpensive and still does what we want it to do.

I like the way the water container is on the side instead of in the back. Each cup size is now illuminated with blue lights instead of having to switch it back and forth.
