this is my second Keurig

However, is wasn't until i had taken it back to the store because i had a part missing (the monthly reminder dial) that i learn that it was not missing at all but no longer included even though the instructions listed it.

I was hesitant to get one of these, but so glad I did. This beats my french press that I had before. I drink decaf coffee and it's nice not to have to make a large pot of coffee that no one else drinks!
