this machine is a must have. very east to set up and doesn't take long to brew. the cord is a bit short but outside of that i have zero complaints.

This coffee pot is easy to use and provides very hot coffee. The drawback is the very short cord! It is so short that unless you position it right next to an outlet, you will need an extension cord.

Works as intended, had a previous model the single cup version that always had issues. This model seems to be a better quality.

We have yet to use our Keurig but we have had so many I know it will be good. My review concerns my surprise that I could order this in the morning and it was delivered to me by 6 pm. I never heard of such a thing before and I am greatly impressed. Even though it said it would be delivered I didn't believe it possible. Phil texted me he was on his way and I was able to meet him in front of our condo building. Very great service!

Bought this as a Father's Day gift. He's 75 and normally reluctant to change. He absolutely loves it and said making a cup has never been easier.

Bought this to keep at my desk at work. Slim profile is ideal to keep on the desk. Minus one star as it tends to spurt when it first starts; getting coffee droplets on the surrounding area.

Coffee maker makes an excellent, hot cup of coffee. Size is great and takes up little counter space.

Bought the Keurig to replace a Mr. Coffee machine. Works much better and doesn't need to be filled as often because it has a larger Reservoir.
