    love the single serve - hot and great coffee - only issue is can not get the scaler light from flashing even after I follow all the instruction - should be simpler - otherwise, great value - using it everyday - this was a replacement for the bigger machine - and that is why I reduce my rating on ease of use to 3 stars instead of 5
