I returned it. I went back to my dinosaur that I had hoped to replace with this one! I would not recommend this coffee maker if you use it often.

We have 2! Have always been satisfied with them AND we have had them a pretty long time now.

It's on the small side and you are limited on how much water the unit holds. I drink coffee about once a day at the most. I'm the only one that uses it. Works great for me personally but I would not recommend this product for heavy coffee drinker or for a house with multiple coffee drinkers.

Easy clean up with the pods and the tank in the back hold plenty of water so you don’t have to keep refilling it every time.

Keruig has no answer to fix it. Looking for a different machine that uses coffee pods.

Posted .Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear about this. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Slim coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the descale process is complete, the DESCALE notification should turn off automatically. If you followed the correct process for the K-Slim and are still experiencing this, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help.
Great coffee machine for small desks.

I use it for making hot tea as often as coffee. Absolutely completely satisfied. Definitely would recommend the Keurig k slim single serve k cup pod coffee maker.

Small and great

It only has 8ox, 10oz and 12oz coffee size and my husband likes the 6oz option on our large Keureg. But this one is small and perfect for his office so it's worth it. Has a tank for water so you don't have to fill it for every cup.
