Upgraded from the original Keurig that was about 8 years old. We loved the quickness of heating the water, a much easier water reservoir to fill up and punctures 5 holes on top of K cup instead of 1 to chose the strength of coffee. We use it 3 to 4 times a day and unfortunately it only worked for a month for us. We returned it with no problems and now have the regular Supreme which works great but doesn't have some of the features the plus has. Hopefully it was just a bad model.

I upgraded my Keurig for the first time since 2016. This is absolutely the best purchase ever.

Good - sleek coffee maker - with the "new" 5 hole technology it brews a little slower, and can't figure out how to keep the power on all the time, therefore, needs to warm up before every use.

Space saver style is useful but very basic compared to previous models. Water temp is still not hot enough!

Love this coffee maker. The customized settings per person are awesome! So easy to set up and use. Definitely a difference in the taste with more puncture holes in the pod. Yum!

Love the new Keurig, but I wish there was a way to program it to brew in the morning like my old one did.

This Keurig is the best one of them all. Although no time clock to set up any time coffee for the morning. This machine is pretty the best Keurig of them all.

I bought and returned 3 other Keurig machines. This one finally works for me. And Best Buy matched the BBB coupon. Wish I could do 4.5 stars. Few points not great but mostly very good. Love how you can make stronger brew. The "hotter" doesn't seem to be noticiby hotter though. The coffee splashes which makes a mess every time. Wish there was a way to raise the cup to avoid this. Otherwise it is great. I got the MyK-Cup (BB doesn't sell) to put my own coffee in it and it works very well with this machine. Be careful because most of these devices don't work because this machine has multiple water holes that don't accomodate other brands yet.

Replaced my previous Keurig, because temperature was not hot. This one knocks the socks of earlier makers. Multi stream make coffee more flavorable as well.

Love the style of this keurig easy take off water container with handle and the top is tight. Has mulitible user selections. Couldnt be more happy

Works great and brews good cups of coffee. Have not had an issue or problem. Like that it starts brew in seconds no need to wait like the old models.

Great quality stainless steel look is very nice. Brews pretty good, multiple settings and size cups to choose from. You can even save your favorite settings.

This is one of the best coffee makers we’ve had. Love how you can make the strength how you want.

Love the size although you’ll be filling up the water a lot as the tank is kinda small.
