The coffee is tasty and hot, but I doubt I could distinguish it from the output of previous machines. In hindsight, I wish I had not "upgraded."

The last one we had taken a while to heat up after turning on and made pretty loud noises when heating and making the coffee. The Keurig K-Supreme Plus Coffe Maker - Stainless Steel is absolutely a gem. you can pop in the (Standard K-Kup size) pick how many ounces you want, set the temperature then press the 'K button in the middle and your cup will be ready within 2-3 minutes.

My coworkers love it and they say that it is more reliable than the older traditional unit. It is a solid build machine that does a great job. This machine is an absolute work horse making a bout 200 cup of joe a day as well as 50 cups of hot chocolate and 50 cups of apple cider a day. I would say it is worth the money.

I have to unplug this several times when I want to use my "favorite" setting. Sometimes it doesn't register that I'm pressing buttons and it defaults to what it wants to do. Pods have exploded and it's made half cups of coffee on several occasions. I didn't realize the maker needed water once when making coffee as it didn't tell me that it did. It also didn't let me know that I didn't put enough water in it to complete the cup, so a mess ensued.
