Love this! Brews the best coffee with the added hole makers!

This product works very well. My only complaint the cup size measurements are not accurate such as when a cup size for 12 ounces of coffee is selected you may not get the 12 ounces that was selected. You wind up getting less.

Love how easy it is to refill the water and how quiet it is.

Well, it worked great for two years and three weeks (yes, 3 weeks past the extended warranty) and it's dead.

Great piece go equipment. Read and adhere to the yellow tag warning or you will be buying a 2nd unit because if you think it won't make coffee because the water level is too low and remove the reservoir and then it starts a cycle it will stop stone dead and never work again( my best run on sentence ever).

This is my 3rd Keurig coffee maker. First off I purchased this coffee maker because it caught my eye in the store. The coffee maker is slick! Stainless steel and super contemporary. Secondly, I purchased the coffee maker because of all of the great reviews...then I set it up and the disappointment began. To begin, I didn’t see any of the negative “splash” comments until after I set it up and searched the issue. Using normal coffee cups (10oz), the coffee maker splashes on to the counter top as it fills the cup. Secondly, the coffee maker pours super slow using a pod and while making hot water. The slowness and the splash issues are extremely negative regarding this place of ox unit.

Coffee tastes better than ever.....................

This was a gift for friend out of state. A part was missing and they had to go to local store. Which dod not have one in stock. Had to wait a couple days and a new item was shipped.

We are giving this review five stars for a couple of reasons. The first one being that the Keurig is a great machine and has updated a number of options. The second reason is that we did have an issue when we descaled the machine however when we reached out to Keurig, they quickly took ownership and sent a new machine.

Great product because you can adjust the strength, temperature and size in ounces. Has favorite settings for up to three people.

We had the touch screen Keurig 2.0 from like 2016 or so, it was great, but was starting to get to the point of no return (cleaning wise). It also had issues when the screen would get wet. This version makes cleaning easy, makes refilling easy, and overall the best Keurig ever!

This thing just quit on me! Less than a year old!!! We barely used it and this morning it said add water. I added water and all the lights went off on the machine and we have tried everything different outlets and nothing! This costs too much for it to just quit.

I did not believe there was a better Keurig than my last machine and I only relented and purchased this one because it took up less space - but, I was wrong...this one has more options and is much faster! Wish I'd known of this one earlier

Having currently owning this unit, we bought one for my aunt. She was surprised to use this once it arrived. She immediately packed up her old Keurig and haven’t looked back since. Also the iced coffee feature is a hit as well. Well made unit and no complaints so far!

I purchased 2 of these for Christmas gifts! I would have to say my grown kids seemed more excited about this Keurig than any gift I have given since they were little & every time I speak to them, they tell me how pleased they are with it! Even my older grandchildren are raving about it!
