My son likes his 'hot' chocolate more like 'not cold but not hot' chocolate so I love the 3 settings that I can set to his preferences versus mine. It's nice and sleek and has so many brewing options.

So far so good love it! Definitely much better than the K cup elite.

Replaced our Keurig 550 with this model. So far we love it. Can taste a big difference in the brewing strength. We like the programmable settings as my husband prefers a bigger cup and stronger brew.

I enjoy the options it provides, but it requires descaling more often than its predecessors.

Keurig stopped powering on after 1 year and 8 Months. Light use and descaled on schedule. Keurig warranty only good for 1 year and total tech wouldn’t replace it. It worked well for the features but I won’t be buying another one.

I have had and used an Elite for quite a few years with good results. Wanted to "upgrade". New is not always better. Using refillable pods does not work very well. Grounds in the coffe, even with using a paper filter. My Elite will be going back on the counter .

The new Stainless steel Keurig never fails to amaze me.

Excellent product. Many options including cold brew. Best water storage yet. Very easy to fill up and compact unit. Best Keurig yet.

Temperature is not always consistent. Chosen size of cup fill is not always accurate. Usually 1st cup is not all that hot. Doesn't seem to heat up adequately. 1st cup is many times like warm. Sometimes the chosen cup/ fill size doesn't come out right, either one half cup or over fills.

Very convenient and easy to use works great and reliable, water container holds right amount of water for two people

Love my Keurig. Can’t live without it lol. Keurig is the way to go these days. Fast and simple. Good machine. No waiting for it to heat up either.

First of the size is amazing for the modern kitchen which is smaller than most, so it’s a wonderful space saver, to begin with. The design fits right in with my kitchen and it's much better than Keurig ever made. I and my family enjoyed the multiple/savable available settings so everyone can have their perfect cup any time of day, my daughter loves the simplicity of the button control for it as well as it being smaller cup friendly and the digital display screen. They’re also hot and cold settings for the coffee as well you can brew cups back to back so that’s a nice touch. As well there’s a customization option for brewing a medium or stronger cup of coffee. K Supreme Plus pretty much the same as the old model before and as simple to use too. The water reservoir is quite large so you can brew multiple cups of coffee before having to refill the water. It also seems to be compatible with the universal reusable coffee filter, not something that I use but I’ve certainly heard of others that do so. Overall I and my family are really enjoying this product especially as the temperatures get colder we can all have a warm cup of coffee from this wonderful maker.

I like . It dose not make a very hot cup of coffee.

the machine works well without addiitional frills. My complaint is that the coffee taste isnot great. It is similar in quality to vending machine coffee, not great but serviceable. I have tried various brands of K-pods and at least to my taste buds no great difference.
