    Disappointed that I purchased it during Black FRIDAY Sales. Sale prices were good through December 3rd. Today I went to the SAME store and read the price was dropped $40 with an additional gift card. BUST BUY you may have lost a long term customer.

    Stopped working after only 6 weeks! When it did work it was great but for it to stop working so quick I’m concerned it’s just not a good coffee maker. My Mr. Coffee works just as good if not better and after 3 years it still works!

    Defective Machine

    I ordered this online on 5/9 and it was delivered today and today I returned it. This machine did not work. Descale light came on after 1 test brew. Descale? I thought this was a new machine. Put it through a complete descale cycle. Would not brew a complete cup. Called Keurig customer service. Unplug and plug back in. Test 1 cup. That worked. Tried again. Spit out 2 oz of liquid, then shut off. Tried again. Same thing. I'm done.

    Not Ready for Primetime! Very Disappointed!

    Not ready for primetime! Dead one month from purchase. Now I’ve got to wait two weeks to get a replacement. There are major issues with this Keurig, which is sad because it’s the MOST expensive one! Before it died (refused to power on) it would often misfire and not dispense enough water. It probably wasted over 10 Kcups. I hope they fix these issues because it’s great when it actually works. And it looks awesome and has a giant water reservoir

    If I could return this Keurig coffee maker I would

    We have owned four different Keurig ‘s. This one looks like it would be a great system. I especially liked the handles for the water. However, the 1st cup I brewed it punched holes into the pod in five places and consequently the water leaked everywhere. Coffee coffee brewed by the system seemed weak and not near as good as any other unit. If I could return this I would. We have since gone and purchased our previous model again and it gave us a great cup of coffee this morning no leaks. Every cup we brewed with the other one delete everywhere.Keurig coffee maker I would do so. The design of this unit is inferior to all previous ones we have owned.

    Descale regularly, replace filter regularly and still after 4-5 months the amount of water dispenses drops. Select 12oz get 10, Select 8oz get 6 And this is 3rd machine in 1.5-2 years **review shows purchase date 9/27/21 that was when exchanged #2 for this current one and it’s 2/15/22 and I’m exchanging again under warranty for #4

    It is almost intolerably slow. We bought this to replace a Keurig that wore out (started leaking). I also think the coffee is a bit bitter - which may be a factor in how slow the water 'perks' through it. I miss the old machine.

    I’ve owned several Keurig’s over the years and even a Bunn single serve. To be honest, I never was impressed with some of the older Keurig coffee makers. I found that in order to a good quality Keurig unit, I would have to get one of the larger units. The larger units were not manageable with limited counter space. That is not the case here, the K-Supreme Plus™ Single Serve Coffee Maker has a relatively small foot print yet is definitely high quality in both its construction and coffee taste ( although you will have to test what the best strength setting is. ) Setting it up is a breeze, there is not much to do but to run the “cleansing brew” cycle. This is not something to skip, I definitely could detect some very slight plastic/chemical smell in the water of the cleansing brew. So the all important question, how is the coffee? Well, the first thing to consider about the coffee taste is all the available setting. You can adjust cup size, brew strength and temperature. First thing I found it the brew strength radically affects taste. I started off with the strongest setting and 8 oz. Uggh, rough. Now that is not a slight to the machine; it is my personal taste. I tried a medium setting and it was night and day. There is also temperature setting but I am not so sure why you would have anything less than the highest setting. Coffee just comes out better with the hottest water. In the end , I’ve used it 7 times since I received the unit and the coffee was great every time ( except for that first time of the highest setting.) In conclusion, I like the K-Supreme Plus. Is it as good as the top line coffee multi cup machines? No, there are differences in how they brew. But for a singe serve machine, I think this is very good and you will not be disappointed. One thing that I felt was stand out is how fast it brews and how quiet it is. I used to hate how loud the older machines were and this is whisper quiet in comparison.

    Machine is broken

    I’ve had this machine for less the two months and it no longer functions properly. The k cup inside explodes and all the coffee powder goes everywhere. The sensor for the water doesn’t work properly either. Waste of money. I would like Keurig to replace this expensive machine...

    Best Keurig I've Owned to Date

    The Keurig K Supreme Plus may be the best Keurig I’ve owned to date (and I have owned several between my workplace and home). Sleek looking, feature-filled, quiet, and capable of brewing both hot and iced coffee, Keurig hit a home run with this model. The brewer features a brushed stainless steel look, which will blend well with today’s modern kitchens. The side-mounted tank is massive, and despite looking small in width, it holds 78oz of water, plenty for almost 10 cups of coffee without refilling. And unlike tanks before that were difficult to align & place back on the machine, this one is a snap. Coffee is brewed using their new “Multistream Technology”, where instead of puncturing 1 hole in the top of the pod to push water through, it punches 5 holes and flows water through each during the brew. This resulted in a much better cup of coffee, as the grounds were more thoroughly soaked, capturing more flavor from the pod. This is a major improvement and made for some of the best coffee I’ve tasted from a Keurig machine. Numerous controls on top of the machine give you the ability to control everything from brew size (4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 oz.), water temperature (3 settings), and brew strength (3 settings). Also included are 3 “favorites” buttons where you can program a single button to remember your preferred settings (for me, was 8 oz., 1 step up for strength, and 1 step up for temperature, saving me multiple button clicks). A small display shows your option choices as well as brewing status. The same display will also remind you when it’s time to descale the machine (250 cycles, which I haven’t hit yet). Cold brew is also built into this device and makes a very good cup of iced coffee. While I’m not usually a cold brew fan, some mornings it’s a good alternative option. Keurig has also improved on the pump mechanism, making this nearly silent when brewing, versus prior machines which made loud pump noises when pulling water from the tank & pushing it through the machine. The most noise you now hear from the device is the dripping into your cup. This thing is absolutely stealthy. Another HUGE improvement is the drip tray. Prior drip trays just kind of hooked right in the front. If you had to move the Keurig or any little bump resulted in the drip tray coming off. This tray slides into the bottom of the machine and is held in place much more securely. I have to pull the machine out to use it (low-hanging cabinet overhead the machine), so not worrying about that tray dislodging & spilling any contents is a nice improvement. For those energy conscious users, the device shuts off a few minutes after each brew, powering back on when you lift the lid. Also, the device flash heats the water in seconds at the time you start the brew, and isn’t pre-heated, saving energy. That flash heat occurs incredibly quickly, though, so brew time isn’t affected by not having the water pre-heated. Overall, this is hands-down the best Keurig I have owned. Brew flexibility, coffee taste, and stunning looks in the kitchen make this a great option for home brewing your drinks.

    I bought the most expensive keurig and I was very excited about it. It was gift for my mom & was so disappointed. The water not even hot and the coffee spill everywhere. It had weird smell to it. I had to return it back and she kept using the old kureig.

    Coffee maker died after 4 months. Won't turn on.

    This is a great coffee maker, but this one purchased in May, 2021 died completely for no obvious reason in August. Quality control may be a major problem, although it was great while it lasted. So, don't buy it without a warranty from Best Buy or dealer.
