    I replaces an older model with this one. Chose this one because of the larger water reservoir and the personalization options. Love it!

    Nice and Sleek, but fails to get coffee hotter than 134 or 135 degrees so our coffee cools off extremely quick.

    Compared to previous Keurig machines this one is very slow and it does not make a really hot cu of coffee.

    Purchased Dec 7, 2021. Dead May 9, 2022. No warning just will not turn on. Tried different outlets and resets. Nothing. You would think a bit more than 6 months of life would be met for such an expensive coffee maker. RIP

    DO NOT BUY!!! Saw some reviews about the unit stopping and working... absolutely correct. I had mine for 10 days and it died. Would not power on at all. Buy a different model!

    Garbage. The older models were so much better. Don’t buy this. We bought this as a gift and we are still waiting on Kureig to honor the warranty and send a replacement.

    Cheap plastic parts, Supposedly premium machine

    The handle the opens the space where you would put the k-cups broke after barely a month of use. It won't open at all now and I've only had it 40 days

    Return after descaling

    The machine would not power back on after descaling. I had to return it back to the store.

    The most usable Keurig yet

    I've been using Keurig machines for a long time, through many product cycles and feature improvements. This seems like a big step forward, even if it is the result of fairly minor tweaks here and there. First, the size is more manageable. I have fairly low cupboards, but this one fits underneath them. You still need to leave the front sticking out to put the pods in, but it saves space. The water reservoir is significantly better. Who would have thought just putting a nice, ergonomic handle on the front would have made such a big difference? The contoured reservoirs may look nicer, but this is so much easier to use everyday. Maybe the best feature is the ability to save profiles. No more adjusting the temp and size between multiple users. You can save up to three preferences, then it's a single button to make your (and two of your friends') favorite cup. Or maybe you switch between a travel mug during the week, and a regular cup on the weekends. Two presets can make that even easier. Finally, a nice, easy-to-read digital display simplifies things with clear feedback on your selections. Definitely the best Keurig for the money right now.

    I can’t start my day without my Keurig. I’ve owned various models for many years. The Keurig K-Supreme Plus is their latest with some fabulous features that I was eager to try. Upon unboxing you find the Keurig K-Supreme, a filter, the filter holder, some coupons, and a quick start guide. After removing some protective packaging and tape I was ready to get brewing. I immediately appreciated the design and build quality of the Keurig K-Supreme. The stainless steel is of high quality and looks great with my other appliances. The unit really has a substantial and well made feel to it. I referenced the quick start guide to get this Keurig ready for brewing. This simply amounts to turning it on, inserting the filter into the pitcher, filling with water, and doing a cleansing brew to rinse the new machine. The water reservoir on the K-Supreme Plus holds an impressive 78 ounces. I love the idea of refilling less often. The pitcher style reservoir is a very welcome design change which is far more conveniently located and far less awkward to handle than previous Keurig water reservoirs. The K-Supreme Plus features Keurig’s new multistream technology which basically punctures and streams water through 5 holes in the k-cup instead of 1 hole on previous machines. This is supposed to add additional flavor since the coffee is more thoroughly saturated. I was ready to see if that was true so I popped in a k-cup. But first, you can personalize your coffee since the K-Supreme Plus has multiple brewing options with 3 strength options, 3 temperature options, and 5 cup sizes. I made my selections of the strongest brew, the highest temperature, and the largest cup size and hit brew. I was thrilled to see that the K-Supreme Plus brews far faster than any other Keurig I’ve owned. Brewing starts instantly! And this K-Supreme Plus is really quiet too. I love all the options but that is a lot of buttons to hit every morning. The K-Supreme Plus has another fantastic feature which solves that issue. There are 3 programmable buttons to save brewing preference for 3 users. With this feature I simply hit my user number and select brew. All my preferred temp, size, and strength settings are selected automatically. The moment of truth was to see if the multistream brewing combined with the strength and temperature options would add up to a better tasting cup of coffee. As I hoped the K-Supreme Plus definitely brews a stronger, hotter, and more flavorful and aromatic cup of coffee than prior Keurig machines that I’ve owned. The K-Supreme Plus is a great upgrade. I love it and I think you will too.

      The K-Supreme Plus coffee maker does not require time to pre-heat. It will start brewing within 15-20 seconds of pressing brew button and normal brewing time is up to 3 minutes depending on the size and if Strong brew was selected. We hope this is helpful! KeurigCare

    I've been a fan of Keurig for many years and I was excited to try out this newest edition to the Keurig family. I have always experienced great performance of their products. This newest product is awesome, fast brewing, and kitchen stylish! Keurig has upgraded to some really great features such as programmable preferences for up to 3 users and multistream technology. This unit will remember your individual taste strength so that each user can get that perfect brew every time. My favorite upgrade is the multistream technology which brews your coffee as thoroughly as I've ever experienced. Your brewed coffee flavors will jump out at you! Keurig has now put a handle on the water tank which I was very happy to experience. Filling and emptying the water is now an easy task. The unit has a very solid feel to it and I'm sure will last many years. We have two coffee diehards in my household and we love the results of the brewed coffee. We brew lots of coffee during the early morning and afternoons. Coffee is always hot and great aromas permeate throughout our home. We have experienced nothing but stellar results no matter which blends we use. This is a superb coffee making machine! This product is high on my recommended list.

    The K Supreme Plus is an addition to a K-Classic which has been in happy use for over a year. The “Plus” model offers some nice improvements. Keurig has introduced the “MultiStream” which is 5 water pins compared to 1 pin on the Classic model. This seems to provide a better flavor since the coffee grounds are more fully and evenly saturated. My use is primarily for hot tea, and there is a definite improvement here for tea brewing, and I have found that the tea pods can be used a couple of times (second cup is smaller) and the tea comes out very nicely the second cup. The Plus also has more selections for brewing “cup size” and separate buttons to choose strength and temperature of the brew. I find the Plus much easier to use because of these choices, and this also allows much more customization of brewing, with easy changes from brew to brew. The Plus also has 3 memory settings, which are very handy if you switch from coffee to tea frequently, or particularly when there is more than one person using the brewer – as each person can set the Keurig to brew with their preferences just by setting the memory button and then choosing their “number” when it’s their turn to brew. A couple of additional improvements are the water canister, which has a handle making it easier to hold for filling, and a little easier to put back in place on the brewer, and the brewer turns off automatically after 5 minutes. Some may think this will cause the next cup to take longer if the brewer is “off” when they start, but I have not noticed any significant difference in brewing time between the Classic (turned on) and the Plus (turned off). Overall, in terms of appearance I personally prefer the appearance of the Plus vs. the Classic, but that would be a matter of personal taste. If you already have a Classic, the Plus may not be a “must have” at the moment – but if you are looking for a second machine or buying your first Keurig single-cup brewer, I would recommend the Plus over the Classic as it is easier to use, has more customization, and the controls are clearly and brightly lit, and to me much more user-friendly. I would add that I got the refillable cup to use, and it brews both coffee and tea very nicely. Please note that you will need to get the 5-hole reusable cup, as the previous model 1-hole cups will not work.

    Most convenient Keurig I’ve used

    If you’re like me and usually have a cup of coffee before work and maybe an occasional cup of hot chocolate or tea in the afternoon, this is the most convenient Keurig I’ve own for just making a hot beverage quickly and with little hassle. The design is pretty basic but very functional. The reservoir isn’t shaped to be unique but more functional. I can easily fit this under my fridge water dispenser, which dispenses filtered water. This means I could go sans Keurig filter, but it’s easy enough to install, so I figured why not. This takes up less space than my older model Keurig and the stainless design is also more modern looking and less “plasticy” and cheap looking. The functions are basic but not without options. You can set the strength, heat, and cup size based on your preference. Once you’re happy with your brew, you can save it to one of the 3 profiles. If you like a 12oz coffee in the morning and a 8oz cup of tea in the afternoon, you can set a profile with your preferred settings. When you’re ready to brew, open the lid, place in your cup, press the profile and hit brew. No fumbling through menus or settings to get it going. This is the first Keurig I’ve used that use the multi stream technology. This is just a fancy way of saying it pokes more holes for the water to pass through. However, it does have a richer taste compared to my old Keurig, which may have something to do with the new feature. I would recommend they keep with this in future models as I think it makes a difference. As someone who owns both a single cup drip coffeemaker and a Keurig, I find myself going back to my Keurig every morning. Honestly, the biggest difference for me, is how quickly I can fill the reservoir and have a cup of coffee before I head out the door.

    Fast, Versatile and Compact

    I love my regular Keurig but I needed an extra coffee maker that was smaller but still would be just as good. This fits the bill wonderfully. It is fairly compact so it is great for people who have space issues. It works very quickly and you can brew a second cup immediately without having to wait for the water to reheat. It is versatile as it allows you to adjust the temperature of the brew as well as the strength of the brew so you can make your cup of coffee just the way you like it. And, you don't have to remember what you did as you can program that specific brew into the machine. I believe you can program for three different brews. The reservoir is good sized, which is what I love, so you aren't having to fill it for every cup as you must do with other compact single-serve brewers. You can use a travel mug with this as well. I am very happy with this Keurig and I may just have to get one for my office at work.

    My first Keurig - I've been missing out! Holds twice as much water as other K models. You can save presets for up to 3 users, selecting temperature, strength of the drink, and size preference (4oz, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz or 12oz). So far between my wife and I we've been drinking coffee and Cocoa like mad - makes the perfect cup and perfect amount every time! The perfect addition to our kitchen, and zero waste - why make a pot when you can make only as much as you can drink? Great great great product! Highly recommended!

    This is the best coffee machine from this vendor . More water in the container and super easy to make your hot cup of coffee the way you like it . And very very important it’s quiet one not like the other machine .

    This is the 4th Keurig that I have and by far my favorite. As a lot of people are working from home now, this is the perfect size for me. I have a Keurig K-Elite that i bought for my office, another for the Master Bedroom and I have a K-Select that i bought for my In-Laws room. Once i get back to my office, this K-Supreme will be going to work and the Elite will be coming home to the man cave. The K-Supreme has some significant improvements. The multi-stream technology gives you more flavorful coffee. This is something that I didn’t know i needed until i made my first cup of coffee. The water reservoir is larger than my other Keurig’s and is much easier to carry to and from filling it up. Add to that, multiple temperature settings, the ability to make good tasting iced coffee and programmable settings, there is no finer Keurig out there in my opinion. I highly suggest you give this machine a try. I doubt you will be disappointed.
