    bought as replacement for the original model that broke down and was not fixable. this has a nice slim profile. I really like the iced coffee feature. the San francisco Bay pods seem to be have a thicker ring, so it needs a little extra push to close.

    We have been using the new K-Supreme Plus for 2 months now and this is no joke - great design for the water tank, and the new design of the brewing mechanisms make a great cup of coffee. It can be hard to tell the difference between this and freshly ground/brewed - using good quality K-cups - Pete's etc.

    This newer updated coffee machine, hits all the right boxes, simple controls, mixture of options, without over complicated options, the new heating system is much quicker, the water reservoir, holds enough to not need refilling too often.

    Great coffee pot. My previous keurig was over 7 years old( hopefully this one lasts as long). Descaling is a little tricky on this model. Turn the machine off hold down 8 and 12 until machine goes into descale mode then do your descale procedure

    I am extremely pleased with this model! I owned one of the original models and of course the coffee tasted like water. After reading reviews about the K-Supreme Plus, I decided to try it. There is a HUGE difference. You can now taste coffee when you brew a cup. The 4 puncture holes make all the difference in the world.

    Works great. The design is nice as well. We have had a couple instances in which the Kcup grounds ended up in our cup of coffee; however, unsure if that is the brewer or an issue with the Kcup.

    Stainless looks amazing, very durable & quality made. The water cylinder is one of the biggest I’ve seen. Lasts all week compared to our old one we had to fill every 2 days. The convenient way it detached from the unit to fill is the best feature of all

    As far as brewing coffee goes, this machine works well, especially with the ability to adjust the strength of the coffee and the temperature. I find standard brews using K-cups to be a bit weak, but the ability to change the strength of the brew certainly makes a difference. Overall, this is a very well built machine, but my issue is with the poor quality pumps Keurig seems to now use across its entire line. This is a fairly expensive machine, and the pump died after only 16 months of daily use by me and my wife. It literally burned up, smoke and all. The original Keurig that we purchased around 20 years ago is probably still going, as we gave it away when we purchased a previous Keurig machine which also succumbed to a failed pump after a bit more than a year. I guess I should have stuck with the old, basic model. With two bad experiences, and noting others having a similar experience with other Keurig models, I purchased another brand for a replacement.

    Great tasting coffee

    By far the best Keurig I have owned and I’ve had several. This one actually brews and it probably takes a solid minute to make a cup of coffee versus pushing the water quickly through the pod. You can actually taste the coffee with this machine. I’d recommend if you want to test the flavor of your pods.

    Best coffee, great smelling and the maker looks great in the kitchen. However, it needed white vinegar cleaning after 2 months, then the thing finally stopped pumping water into the k cups shortly after. Normally ive had them last 2 yrs or more. Ill try another one out but always get the darn warranty.

    This machine is great. It doesnt need warm up time amd the temp is perfect. The only issue i had is the forst one went out in a year, but thanks to totaltech! It was warrantied.

    I got this for Christmas and I love it. The water resevoir holds more than previous models. It has a heat and strength button and you can decide on 4 different cup sizes. If you have the same preferences all the time, there are 3 program save buttons you can use to store your preference.

    Loved the machine for the first three months, but not happy that I can’t clear the “Descale” message. Even after running the process twice!

      Hi Becky, thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear about this. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme Plus coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the descale process is complete, the DESCALE notification should turn off automatically. If you followed the correct process for the K-Supreme Plus and are still experiencing this, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help! KeurigCare

    Best coffeemaker I have ever owned. Makes a nice cup of coffee and the strength of the brew can be easily adjusted. It also makes a rich iced coffee, not colored water. I love the big but compact water storage tank.

    Purchased for home use to make hot cocoa during the cold months and to filter water for tea. Multi-stream works great with the powder of the cocoa k-cups! Works great. 78 oz reservoir makes for less refills. Use the temp of your liking! Warm for me and HOT for the spouse!

    Swapped out my older Keurig and I'm very happy with the new technology. I think it makes a stronger cup of coffee, and after many months of use I haven't had any clogging issues. It is always consistent with the cup size which is something my older Keurig never got right.

    Stylish and compact. Love the handle on water reserve! Having the programming buttons is great if you have different tastes. Oh and that tall clear plastic tweezer looking thingy? Its part of the filtering system not mentioned in the manual. Check YouTube.
