We loved the features of this coffee maker. Instant on/heat, no wait for the water to heat up Easy to use buttons. Program your favorite And the water reservoir - best of all Keurig's we have owned so far And nice, slim form factor But.... after less than a week of use, one morning we hear a 'pop', smell burning plastic and the until doesn't turn back on. Checked online for other user experiences and decided to get a different model. Disappointing. Of course, Best Buy stood behind the purchase and no hassle refund.

I didn’t like k-cups years ago but now I’m always running and waiting for a pot of coffee isn’t always idea. This little coffee maker is amazing and I even considered buying a second one for work on my overnight shifts! This is the one to get if you are looking!

Heats up fast and brews a perfect cup! A great model. Also Keurig’s customer service, when I had a small issue was top notch! Absolutely a great product!

I love this Keurig machine, I decided on the Stainless steel and am happy that I did. Since this is my first Keurig I’m not sure how much space is saved having the water container on the side but I have no complaints...

My old coffer make was not getting warm enough, so I did some research and found this coffee maker. I like the new 5 stream design idea. It does a better job of making coffee. I use my own coffee grounds and the 5 stream water does make it better.

Purchased to have at my son’s house. I drink decaf and as much as I love the coffee he makes it is not decaf. Worked wonderful and liked the features of heat setting and strength on the coffee maker. No issues so far.

I bought this coffee pot about 2 1/2 weeks ago the wife and I drink a lot of coffee so far so good and with zero problems and I love the fact that you can keep the water or make it hotter that’s a great feature.

Great coffee maker. An improvement over older models that only have the one water needle. Much faster brewing as well. The only thing I would suggest is to GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY! I have gone through 3 of these in a year because they get air in the pump and burn themselves out. However, I still would recommend this over the old water tank style, especially if you have multiple coffee drinkers.

New and improved design SO much better. Water tank larger and easier to take off and on. Punctures k-cup multiple times and flow through is much better. Like it so much I bought another the same day!

This is my 3rd Keurig over the last 11 years. The design is fresh and feels premium, arguably better than Nespresso from a design standpoint. The display is clean and easy to use. This feels very refined compared to my last Keurig.

I have been putting these coffee makers in all of the air bnb properties I have and the guests simply love them. Easy to use and to clean, highly recommended!

By far the best coffee maker using K cups I have had yet. The 4 extra holes allow it to make a stronger and tastier brew

I love this Keurig. We bought it as a replacement for an earlier model and I much prefer this one. It's very user friendly. It brews quickly and the flavor is much better than it was from our previous model.

Bought this for my wife and did not even tell her. When she went to make coffee I heard her say where did this new Keurig come from? She loves how it makes different strengths.

I love the K supreme plus it is simple to use and has allot of settings to choose from!

So far this is a great coffee maker ,what is great for us is I like mine strong and my wife doesn’t so we programmed it the way we like it.the other thing we like is the coffee over ice setting it is very good

I'd knock off a half star if I could because our old travel mugs are too tall now, the same ones that were fine with our old Keurig, but because the coffee quality is so good now, I'm willing to forgive.
