Absolutely love it! I never thought I would want a Kuerig but I’m so glad I got it. Used coffee & hot chocolate pods and both taste great!

Bought as a Christmas gift. It works pretty well. One thing frustrating about it was that you can only have one phone paired to it at a time. If you try to connect to it and a device is already paired it won’t work

Very pleased with this purchase. Easy to use with great customization options. My only knock would be occasional cloud connectivity issues but it’s not a feature I use so hasn’t really affected me.

My favorite purchase EVER! I had an old Keurig and it was time to upgrade, and this is perfect! Works great through the app and all the deals you get with it. Super fast and not loud

I owned an older keurig model for 5 years and loved until honestly it just aged and i did not descale it enough to keep it longer. So i decided to go with this one, it is much slower to brew and I am not sure if that is intentional, but a bit too slow. Another issue I had with it is that for some reason the way it brews, it sprays coffee all over the place, kind of strange. Overall it does the job, but I paid a little to much to be disappointed with it.

I love all of the features compared to my Keurig 2.0 from 4 years ago that I thought was top of the line back then. It does run a little slow though & takes a little longer to make a cup. It's an accepted trade off though.

Love it! Its compatible with alexa, so i can ask her to brew while im in another room (must have pod in place). It scans qr code on the pod and can even brew it the way it was intended.

This coffeemaker recognizes the type of coffee you have, by its pod! And we are having our best Keurig coffees ever with it!

Love the large water reservoir, we have 5 people in our office and it seemed like we were always filling up the water reservoir, we hardly fill this one up. Highly reccomended!

Had to replace old Keurig right before Easter! This model was just the ticket.

It lasted 4 months, reached out to Keurig and they keep you going in circles regarding warranty claim. I really have a hard time understanding anyone, when they sent a email for serial and purchase information, their website wont accept it. Its almost like they make it difficult to file a claim and you’ll give up out of frustration, not a great way of conducting business.. $200 down the drain. I forgot the best part, alot of k cup brands it wont accept and brew on the off chance its working. It seems you have to buy their licensed brands so they are much pricier than non licensed ones. Really there are much better choices then this and I would avoid the Keurig products.

My second one. Convenient and consistent. Highly recommended.

By far the best coffee maker I’ve had so far. I really love how it brews per manufacturer’s recommendation.

We got this 2 1/2 weeks ago and everything started out great. Now, it is having one issue after the other, won't recognize pods, says is needs water when the container is full, spews grounds all in the cup.

Good coffee maker that could have been great Timer feature is not straight forward and the brewed coffee is no better than my 12 year old Kuerig

Great coffee machine if you don't want to spend alot of time getting the job done first thing in the morning. And the variety of k-pods available is awesome. Highly recommended.

Works as expected. The only gripe I have is that it doesnt have a standby mode where in which the previous generations do and tell the time.

Love anything Keurig and this is no exception. Like the options on this model. It has an extra hot option. I would recommend
