    we are big Keurig fans, when we erroneously burned our our first Supreme we went right over and bought a Plus. Very happy with the functions.

    Quit working after 17 months. Won’t turn on.. my other Keurig before this one lasted 5+ years. Not happy and I won’t buy this one again.

    It lasted 4 months, reached out to Keurig and they keep you going in circles regarding warranty claim. I really have a hard time understanding anyone, when they sent a email for serial and purchase information, their website wont accept it. Its almost like they make it difficult to file a claim and you’ll give up out of frustration, not a great way of conducting business.. $200 down the drain. I forgot the best part, alot of k cup brands it wont accept and brew on the off chance its working. It seems you have to buy their licensed brands so they are much pricier than non licensed ones. Really there are much better choices then this and I would avoid the Keurig products.

    Great little coffee maker but I'm not sure how valuable the smart features are yet.
