I really have a hard time understanding anyone, when they sent a email for serial and purchase information, their website wont accept it. Its almost like they make it difficult to file a claim and you’ll give up out of frustration, not a great way of conducting business.. $200 down the drain. I forgot the best part, alot of k cup brands it wont accept and brew on the off chance its working. It seems you have to buy their licensed brands so they are much pricier than non licensed ones. Really there are much better choices then this and I would avoid the Keurig products.
