Great Tasting Coffee but has issues

Everything was great then all of a sudden I keep getting the machine asking to add water. This is while the water dispenser is completely full. I can open and close the lid snd hear water pumping in but it still says to add water. its really frustrating. I need to return it but there’s none in stock locally.

Buy Something Else

On 11/24/23 Keurig just processed my 3rd replacement unit due to failures. Absolute joke of a coffe maker. At over $200, this thing should last YEARS.

Kerig Overpriced Junk

I got an error code of “11” directing the need for more water. However, the reservoir was completely full. After trying a number of actions to fix the “error”, my daughter was able to get it to brew a cup. The next morning I was able to brew a cup also, then Shazam error code 11 resurfaced again with a full tank. Trying to get ahold of Kerig has become my “Mission Impossible”. OBTW, Kerig has this currently at $100 less than retailers including my beloved BB.

Defective

Now it is completley dead and nothing displays on the screen.

Keurig not so smart

I have a lot of smart things in my house this isn't one of them

Burned out in 3 month - trash

Painful dealing w Keurig support. You don't need wifi to making coffee! Just make a machine that consistently works like your previous 2012 versions.

Brand New Machine doesn't work

Followed the steps for 1st brew. Plugged it up and clicked to do a cleaning brew. I received an error code 9 and then it went dead. I can't get it to come on. I've unplugged it for a few minutes and it still doesn't come on
