I had already purchased and used for a year or two the non-smart version of this. That was by far the best Keurig coffee maker I've ever had. This one now supersedes it because of the smart functions. All of the rest of the technology is the same as my original supreme plus. I look forward to continuing to use this.

It lasted 4 months, reached out to Keurig and they keep you going in circles regarding warranty claim. I really have a hard time understanding anyone, when they sent a email for serial and purchase information, their website wont accept it. Its almost like they make it difficult to file a claim and you’ll give up out of frustration, not a great way of conducting business.. $200 down the drain. I forgot the best part, alot of k cup brands it wont accept and brew on the off chance its working. It seems you have to buy their licensed brands so they are much pricier than non licensed ones. Really there are much better choices then this and I would avoid the Keurig products.

I love keurig but this one is a bit different. The lid is a bit tough to close due to the 4 prongs piercing the kcup. Otherwise it’s a great coffeemaker!

We have shopped almost exclusively at Best Buy for over 25 years for not only electronics, but household items and large appliances. They sell quality products, have an excellent warranty program and their Geek Squad is wonderful, very professional and really know their jobs!
