Never before have I purchased a coffee maker that made such a difference in the taste of the coffee. Once you have had a cup from this new technology you will be pleased with your upgrade.

I neither recommend this item nor Best Buy. The unit died less than 2 months after I started using it (add water light continuously flashes no matter how much water is in the reservoir). Despite the fact that the item was still under full warranty, Best Buy informed me that I needed to contact Kuerig directly for a return / exchange or take it to an authorized dealer (which apparently isn't them). I have purchased MANY items from Best Buy in the past (multiple TVs, computers, Sonos Speakers, etc.) but our relationship ended today over a $70 Black Friday coffee maker still under warranty. It was a good run...

I love it. It is so much better then my other one. The water reservoir has a handle and easy to put back in place. Plus even though I use filtered water it also has a filter in the reservoir. So far its a great buy.

It worked fine until it didn't. It refused to power on in under 1 year. Called Keurig to get a replacement which they did send.

Makes good coffee. Water reservoir could be larger. Documentation is not the best. No description of how "strong" setting works

The new coffee maker from Keurig is simple to use and a great improvement over my former Keurig coffee-maker, especially the loading of the water container and its insertion. It's nice to see good engineering.

I love the new style of push buttons on top, but the water reservoir is my favorite thing. So easy to fill and love the included filter!

I have had several Keurig coffee makers before this one and this one is a little easier to fill water tank but seems much slower to brew and dispense coffee compared to my earlier ones.

I am a huge coffee addict so I wanted something that was reliable and had great performance. This Keurig passes all my standards. I also dislike clutter so the size of the Keurig is perfect for me.

Better design, but more maintenance steps which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars. Recent purchase. So far, very satisfied.

Good coffee maker I like the sleek profile and simplicity of setup for this. It doesn’t have a ton of features like some of them do but it works just fine.

Replaced an aging keurig, so far so good. The coffee is plenty hot which is important to me, the five hole thing doesn’t seem to make any difference over the single but whatever. I like it.

Bought this for my office and everyone is so glad to have it. Makes a great cup of coffee and even lets you set your insulated tumbler under it just by removing the tray.

The Keurig - K Supreme Single Serve K - cup pod Coffee Maker is wonderful. I love the color and it is small enough to fit on my counter and not take up a lot of space.

We had an older version and this one is much better. It doesn’t take as long to heat up. Plus, it’s footprint is much smaller.

I got this for my wife even though she has a coffee maker that she never uses & she goes to Starbucks or Dunkin everyday. Since she's had it I haven't seen a Starbucks or Dunkin cup in the house.

Great Kuerig until it burned out. BestBuy immediately offered to ship a replacement since it was less than a week old. My fingers are crossed because I really like the coffee maker. I've owned a Kuerig Elite for many years but never like how hard it was to remove and replace the water reservoir. This K-Supreme is wonderful: you can see the water level from the front, great handle to handle the reservoir, and there is practically no warm up time.

This is the 3rd Keurig I've bought. Each one is different. This one does not have to stay on or set a schedule, which I love. Very easy to use.

Was hoping this would be an improvement over my old Keurig and the new design with five holes compared to one seems to make better tasting coffee like they claim.

This is a beautiful coffee maker it is very quite and doesn't need to preheat before using. It does require a lot of wiping because it is white.I am satisfied with this purchase
