My old Keurig Solo broke and upgraded to this model. I am so glad I did. It is so much better, especially with the water reservoir. It also looks so much better, and even has an option for ice coffee.

This product smelt like burning plastic. When first used took at least 20 runs just to get the smell to start to go away don’t trust the coffee that comes out of it doesn’t taste good.

This one breaks down when it needed descaling. After using the official descaling solution and following all directions it completely shutdown. The only saving grace was Keurig did replace the entire unit b/c it had been less than a year. Well wouldn't you know it but the replaced unit also shutdown when it closed in on 1 yr, Keurig also replaced that one. I do love the smaller unit for space though, great if you have a small kitchen!

I needed a new Keurig coffee maker as the one I had previously after 11 years kept having to be de-scaled. The price was fair, however the new cups were somewhat expensive, however, the quality of the brew is everything!

Very impressed with my new Keurig Single Serve K-Cup Coffee Maker that I got from Best Buy. I got a couple of different kinds of coffee pods just to try. Both are very good. It makes coffee fast too.

I have been using my keurig slim for a couple of years and decided to try this one do to holding more water. Works great! Doubt I ever go back to making pots of coffee again!

Works great. Definitely tastes better than my old school unit. Just bought second for Xmas present. Have zero problems with Kcups. Those who do don’t know what they are doing. Always press cup down to pierce the bottom. Then close the top to pierce the top.

I love single cup coffee makers, and Keurig is the best. I got this on a Black Friday deal at half price! I have this exact model already, now I have another for my office.

I replaced my 10 year old keurig with this new one! I love it! So glad I went for it! I can totally tell my brew is stronger! It has more ounce options. It makes no loud noises! It doesn’t make me wait to warm up the water like my old keurig.

I have always been wanting to get a Keurig however, my wife wanted to have her ninja. Well it came to the Christmas time of year and she finally came around and was wanting to get a Keurig now too because of the flavors she was seeing. So we got.

Love the convenience of making coffee on the spot, that I can take with me for my morning commute. One drawback to unit is the lever that you pull down to start coffee brewing does not feel secure.

I have had two of these coffee makers and both quit working. The first quit working after about a month and the second after 8 months. The second time was about 2 weeks after descaling. When working, the maker makes good coffee and it's easy to use. I purchased the extended warranty, so it was easy to return, but it seems odd that 2 separate makers would quit with the same issue of not being able to turn the power on. I contacted Keurig via e-mail to let them know of the problem and pretty much received a non-answer.

Excellent product. I coulda/shoulda bought online because, per prior review on line, the selling, service and in stock scenario in store is so valueless worthless it’s just unfortunate, to Say the least.

Excellent coffee maker, it doesn't take long at all to make a great cup of "joe!" Plus, there's an option to make your coffee "strong," which is how I love drinking my coffee! And, it's very easy to operate.

Good coffee maker. Mid to large size reservoir . Wish it could brew larger cups than 12oz. Takes a long minute to brew a cup.

I was really happy with my purchase of this Keurig coffee maker. This is my second time buying this same coffee maker. (I dropped the water pitcher on the first one) I'll be more careful with this one!

Great coffee maker and economical when it comes to counter space in your kitchen. Does not work great when used with other single use coffee products other than official K Cups, though.

Well, I bought this and was excited because my Keurig I had for 5 years finally bit the dust. This was more simple and took up less space. However, it turns out this was a bad purchase. The product would drip coffee at a very slow rate. Splashing coffee everywhere. I called Keurig and got a replacement cup, but that wasn’t the problem. Then the descale light stayed on after making a couple lights so I had to trick it so I could brew more coffee. Then after I thought we were good to go, the add water light turns on even though the reservoir was completely full. I couldn’t brew more than a cup of coffee without trucking it or unplugging the machine. Very frustrating! I did register this product with Keurig so they can handle my troubles and issues. This is not a bad review for Best Buy. I just won’t recommend it.

Coffee isn’t as hot as my old Keurig. If you run a cup with no pod before making your coffee it is hotter.
