    Broke within 2 months which is a shame. We loved the handle on the reservoir and the how well it made the coffee. Went to use it today and coffee machine does not turn on. After troubleshooting. Looks like a heating element issue. Be wary if you buy this there are tons of videos of people who had same issue for this product.

    Great improvement over our previous model

    Before this model I had a K45 Elite. In comparison this model is much better. This model is smaller which is great for counter space. It brews a cup of coffee faster and tastes noticeably better. This is likely due to the multi-stream system that puts 5 streams of water into the cup instead of just 1. It has 4 cup sizes compared to the 3 of my previous model. This new model is also noticeably quieter while brewing. It also has Bold and Over Ice options. The Bold works well and is a noticeable difference. The Over Ice is nice, but not my personal favorite. I like iced coffee, but to me this is just like brewing with the Bold option with ice in the mug. The ice melts within several minutes and then just tasted like cold, but strong & not watered down coffee. I will still use it from time to time but it's not quite what I was hoping for. My only other negative would be the reservoir. While the size, handle and changeable location are great, I don't believe it is actually 66oz. It seems to hold about 56oz. The other 10oz might be held in the machine which could explain the faster brewing. Overall this is a wonderful improvement over the K45 Elite. I hope it lasts as well.

    The first week and a half, my brand new Keurig Supreme worked as it should. Then not. As my cup of coffee was brewing, the K-Cup basket began overflowing and pouting into my cup water and coffee grounds. After a very thorough cleaning, by me, including several rinses of just water through the cycle, because who wants grounds in their cup of coffee, proceeded to try another cup of coffee. There were just a few grounds floating, which I thought maybe I missed. But not so. From then on, every cup contained grounds. Knowing that making a cup of coffee in a Keurig machine, as I have owned (different model) for years, wasn’t difficult, I still became extremely aware of details of how I did the process. I could do it normally or in slow motion and still received the same results. Coffee grounds in my coffee And wouldn’t you just know that it is now non-refundable. So I’ve had to order another Keurig, this time a Mini-Plus. I have not tried it yet, but surely I couldn’t receive two lemon coffee makers in a row???

For best results, we recommend one time use with our K-Cup pods. Reusing or rotating the K-Cup pod after brewing can cause overflow and coffee grounds.     Stopped working after a little more than 3 months. Not worth $150 especially since my previous Keurig lasted over 5 years and cost half the price.

    My family has been using keurig for as far back as i can remember with nothing but great experiences until this one. This one was to replace my last one which finally died after a little over 5 years of what i would classify as excessive usage (10-15cups daily) we decided to go a bit smaller since it's just my husband an i now. BIG mistake!! We average about 5 cups daily now an this one died w/o warning 2½weeks ago!! We purchased this in October so do the math!!
