Mine broke after having it for less than a month. I enjoyed it while it worked mostly for it's single serve convenience, and I'm glad I was able to replace it using the warranty.

The Keurig K-Supreme is a very nice coffee maker. I’ve used a number of Keurig units over the years, and we already own a more basic model which we like very much. That model has three cup sizes to choose from and that’s it. They’re just labeled with pictures of different-size cups, but there’s no actual volume measure noted. This coffee maker gives four choices of cup size, which are 6, 8, 10, and 12 oz. Using the same coffee mug with each machine, the 12 oz. selection on this machine gives more coffee than the largest size on the older machine. In addition to the four cup sizes, there is a button for “over ice” and for “strong.” I’m not sure what the “over ice” option does that’s any different from simply selecting a smaller cup size from the regular brew selections. For iced coffee, the instructions say to put some ice in a glass and select the “over ice” option. What you get is essentially a small cup amount, which would make it strong, of hot brewed coffee, with the idea that the ice will melt somewhat as the coffee is poured over it and dilute the coffee to make it a more normal strength. But why couldn’t you just do this with the small-size regular brew setting? What does the “over ice” setting do that the small-size regular brew selection doesn’t? The manual doesn’t say. As far as the “strong” setting, my thoughts are similar to the “over ice” feature. What does it do that simply selecting a smaller cup size wouldn’t do. Again, the manual doesn’t say. It just says “for a stronger brew, select this setting.” It doesn’t say HOW it makes the brew stronger. One of the major selling points of this coffeemaker is its “MultiStream Technology,” as Keurig calls it. What does this mean? A basic Keurig unit punches one hole into the top of the plastic coffee cup you place in the machine, and the hot water flows through that, through the grounds, out the bottom, and into the mug. This unit punches FIVE holes into the top of the Keurig cup, and the hot water flows through all five to pass through the grounds and into the cup. The idea is that more of the coffee is actually used (“more evenly saturate” the grounds, as Keurig says), and you know what? It actually works. We brewed identical types of coffee in both our old unit and this new one, including both regular coffee and some flavored ones (mostly pumpkin spice), and my wife, who is a big pumpkin spice fan, said that she could definitely taste a difference. With the K-Supreme unit, the coffee had both a stronger pumpkin and a stronger spice taste. As far as ease of use, the K-Supreme has a much more convenient water tank. It has a large capacity, and it has a handle and sits upright on a pad adjacent to the unit. The unit can be modified to put the tank on either side of the unit, so you can fit the coffeemaker into your kitchen as well as possible. Another difference we noted with this unit over the more basic one is that it is much quieter. The older unit, when you switched it on, would make a sort of rapid-boil noise for about 20 seconds or so as the water was heated up. That doesn’t happen with the K-Supreme. It stays quiet the whole time. Another handy feature of this unit is that, when you place a Keurig cup into the slot and close the top, the coffeemaker automatically turns on. All you need to do is press the button for the cup size you want and then the big “K” button in the middle to start the process. The unit also shuts off automatically after 15 minutes if you should leave it on. To summarize, the positives on this unit are four cup sizes, convenient auto-on feature, auto turn-off, “multistream” technology which actually seems to work, and a large, easy-to-get-at water reservoir. There are no negatives, per se, but I question the real usefulness of the “over ice” and “strong” features. They don’t seem to do anything that you can’t do by just selecting an appropriate cup size. As I said at the top of this, this is a very nice unit, and we’re very pleased. Between my wife and I, we make about four cups of coffee each day, and it will be a pleasure to do so with the Keurig K-Supreme.

Overall, this coffeemaker was very easy to setup and use. Previous experience to even a new owner of Keurig products would find it easy to use and setup. The unique thing I did like about this is the water reservoir placement allows to reduce the total amount of counter space used from depth to width...it can be placed behind or on the side of the coffee maker. The other thing to note is the height, it's shy over the 12in mark and allows for placement in home that does not have very high upper cabinets. This would make for a great dorm room addition...college. It did seem as though my coffee tasted better then before with the new way it brews, dual jets vice the single to hit the pod in use in all areas.

Worked for about 3 weeks then started to not recognize the pods when inserted. Cleaned it unplugged it plugged it back in. Still wasn't recognizing the pods no matter what we tried. Ended up going with the Ninja system which is marvelous. The original one we had worked good for a long time but this one was trash took it back.

I received my package on August 2nd, I was so excited for a new Keurig and I loved it until today. Well, obviously that did not last very long. It worked like a dream. then just poof.. it quit working, I have checked everything from the breaker to the electric socket. I thought no way is this already a goner.. Yep, it is DEAD af. Now my life will be miserable in two ways. I have no coffee pot, which is a life-ending tragedy as it stands, PLUS I have to listen to my husband's big mouth about how much I paid for a coffee pot that didn't last 2 months.

Not a great alternative to any others. If you're desperate its fine. Descaling isn't easy nor does the light turn off after you do it. Not exactly user friendly in that aspect. Have to buy Kuerig brand reusable cup to use any coffee not in a K-Cup. Detachable water jug is nice addition. Ultimately it doesn't make a good cup of coffee though.

The new K-Supreme coffee maker is a vast improvement over the older version I had. I have been using one of the older single serve versions. This coffee maker spreads out the water on the grounds so that you get a full flavored coffee. The coffee is smooth and very hot. I also like that the maker is more quiet than the previous version I’ve had. There are many features that are useful. Such as, multiple size cups and a setting for over ice. I also like the larger space for the cup so you can use a taller travel cup. Overall, it is well worth the upgrade from the more simple single serve models.

This Keurig model claims to saturate the grounds more thoroughly for a better cup of coffee. This is not the case at all; it brews a regular cup no better than the normal Keurig. If I could return this after use, I would do so and replace it with a good (non-Keurig) coffee maker.

    More Holes for More Flavor

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The Keurig K-Supreme is the latest full sized model from Keurig, featuring Multstream technology that is supposed to help more fully saturate the K-cups and pull out more flavor by punching 5 holes in the cups and running water through all of them. It also features a water tank that can be located to the side or behind the main unit, allowing for more flexibility to fit your space. In the box are the unit, some instructions, and the filter set. I always use distilled water in coffee machines to avoid scale and the need for any kind of consumable filters, but it’s here if you need or want to use it. Setup and operation are simple. If you have used a Keurig or other instant coffee machine before this will be easy to figure out. There are a couple of differences from the other full sized machine from Keurig, the K-Elite. The Supreme has no clock or scheduled start up, and has one fewer volume option (the Elite can do an espresso shot size, but not sure why you would use that in a coffee machine that is designed for volume). It also doesn’t have a dedicated button for hot water, but that button was redundant anyway as all you need to do is run the machine empty and press the big K button to have it put out hot water. I do like that the buttons now list the amount of liquid the machine is going to make, and the straight down direct loading of the cups is easier with less chance of dripping. The water tank is much more convenient, although slightly smaller. It has a handle for easy removal and refilling, and the adjustable position is really handy for fitting in different spaces. It is also shorter and more compact than the Elite, although the clearance required to open the lid is just slightly taller as it has to open fully to allow for the cups to be loaded. It still fits and opens under standard cabinets, and overall is a lot less “chunky” than the Elite. Load it with water, and we are ready to go. The big test is if the Multistream technology actually makes a difference, especially on strong brews. It does seem to extract more flavor, allowing for a bolder cup (and more complete use of your K cups). It also works well for things like hot chocolates, allowing for a complete empty of the K cup. Overall, the K-Supreme delivers on the promise of a more complete and stronger brew using the new Multstream technology. It’s also more compact and flexible than other full sized Keurig units with a simple and straightforward set of buttons to use to make it work. If you are in the market for a new machine, this one should be on your list.

I have already bought a different Keurig to replace this one. 1. Water runs over the reusable pod and into my mug, no matter how little coffee I put in. 2. Water does not get as hot as it should. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because over ice function works great.

Without a doubt, THE absolute worst coffee maker in the world. Avoid buying this model at all costs! I bought one in January 2022 and it caught fire and started to melt the minute I plugged it in for the first time. Best Buy immediately honored their warranty and replaced the unit. Six months later, the SAME THING happened to the second unit! It caught fire AGAIN and became a smoldering mess on my counter. Keurig refused to stand behind their product, but Best Buy gave me a complete refund even though this was NOT their problem. Understand that this review is purely reflective on Keurig and their products. Best Buy Customer Support deserves FIVE STARS because they went over and above to make a customer happy.

We've had a couple of Keurig coffee machines but our old one was in need of an upgrade. The design of this machine is more contemporary than past versions. This design fits into our kitchen design much better. The machine produces the same great cup of coffee so nothing has changed there. We're going to use the refillable cup to avoid throwing away small plastic cups each day. The water reservoir seems to be bigger than past models so that is also a plus. This is a great option if you are looking for a Keurig machine.

I picked this up in December and it just died on me yesterday right as I’m finishing a move and cleaning it to use at my new place. No coffee the morning after for work and money wasted on descaling solution. In the process of descaling it turned off suddenly and will not turn on even after letting sit and cool and trying different outlets. My K-elite is over 4 years old and still kicking so this lasting all of 8 months is unacceptable.

Works properly about 1/3 of the time. The rest of the time, my coffee pod bursts and I end up with varying levels of water/coffee grounds in my cup and in the machine. Even when it does work properly, this Keurig splashes coffee or water everywhere during the brew cycle. I got this coffeemaker to reduce stress/mess. It's actually makes an even bigger mess than my old standard brewer. Makes me wonder if they even attempt product testing before launch.

First let me start by saying not a big coffee drink but do love the Keriug K cup system from prior use in the public or at family homes with the many different flavors. The unit was pretty much ready to go straight out of the box other than wiping it down and instructions on how to run water through the system to clean it out. Indeed the instructions were pretty clear and there was even an included water filter but I used purified water straight from my kitchen tap. From first cleaning to first cup of coffee was about 15 minutes, so pretty fast since it is basically a single service unit, which we love since we are only a family of two adults that drink coffee. The reservoir holds quite a bit of water so no need to fill often for a few cups of coffee and the opening is wide to allow easy cleaning. The bright display for choosing size, strength and water temperature are easy and clear to read and follow with the availability of three save settings, a bonus for speed. The unit itself is not very wide but pretty long but overall an attractive looking kitchen appliance. I love the unit so far and have started to drink a cup or two of coffee daily as opposed to less than three per week before adding this unit to our kitchen. The unit allows you to have iced coffee but we have not tried that option, yet. Lastly I love the speed of getting a quick cup of coffee and not having to wait for a large carafe of brewed coffee.
