    Don't waste your money on this product. Purchased it for our second home so it did not get much use. It stopped working and wouldn't turn on. So by the time we noticed it wasn't working it was passed the 1 year warranty by a couple of months. When reading online many others stated that it stop turning on.

    Quick, Easy Coffee

    The Keurig K-Supreme is a very good single-cup coffee maker. Keurig has continued to refine the breed, and this one takes more positive steps. For one thing, the height of the nozzle gives plenty of flexibility on cup size, which also makes it easier to do an iced coffee. It can hold up to a 7-inch tall mug. It requires virtually no time to heat up. It is flexible in terms of sizing. The water tank is easy to refill. And k-cups have become a much more reasonable price than ever before. It is easy to use and looks and feels well-made. The one drawback is that generic refillable k-cups are not compatible with this version. However, Keurig does market a reusable cup they say works with it; I haven't tried that, so I can't really comment on whether they work well. As is typical with this type of coffee, I always find that i basically have to run it through twice on the smaller cup settings to make one larger cup because running it as one larger cup tastes too weak to me. The multistream technology is supposed to do a better job than prior Keurigs, but I still "double up" for better taste. Still, though, it is quick and easy to make a reasonably decent cup of coffee. I also appreciate the wide variety of flavors you can try. Overall, this Keurig is a winner.

    Nice coffee maker when it works..half the time when cofee is being made hot water also dispense along with my cofee causing it to be watered down which isn't normal. This happens about 50% of the time causing me to waste my K cups. I've even made sure the K cups was seated correctly and made sure i closed the top correctly aswell.

    They only last me First one six month I went got a replace and it only last me three months I’m on my way to get another one to see how long it’s gonna last

    Machine died in less than 2 months. It has taken me almost a month to get it warranted, which is suppose to ship today. Keurig has horrendous customer service. My previous Keurig machine worked for over 9 years.

    Didn't last very long...

    Bought it in March 2022, and it stopped working in less than six months. Very disappointed. This was supposed to be a quality coffee pot. Had to buy a different brand, I can't be without my morning coffee. Now, I guess I will just throw it away painfully, the color is beautiful and goes so well with my decor... :(

    Totally disappointed. Ordered over a month ago. Still hasn't arrived, not here to give for an Xmas gift. Items normally ship from Anchorage and arrive 2 days later. Item shipped from Louisville and sat there for 3 and a half weeks. Other orders have made it in under a week. Best buy needs to add an email address for a sales account team that can assist with orders. Best wants to spam my email wanting me to review an item, this is what I'll post about.

    A Welcomed Addition to My Kitchen!!

    Firstly, let me open with how excited I was to finally obtain and review a Keurig! I have not previously owned one, but I have heard such wonderful things about how great coffees and teas taste from the little K-cups! While I love coffee, I especially love and drink tea regularly. Suffice to say, I have purchased some chai tea (my favorite) along with apple cider both of which were so delicious! This unit was easy to start using as it required little assembly, just a matter of plug and play and from there, you’re ready to drink merrily! The design of this unit is sleek and it fits nicely into my kitchen. I am super excited to have a Keurig in my kitchen as I am sure, it will last and provide me great coffee and tea for many years to come.

    Good for the first month

    Worked good at first, broke a little over a month after getting it. I used it every other day. One day it just didn’t come on. Now I have to wait weeks to get a warranty replacement from Keurig.

    This coffee maker stopped working so we returned it. The second one didn't work either. Poor quality on this model. I had a different model that worked for 8 years with no issue.

    Terrible coffee grinds everywhere, cleaned everything up COFFEE GRINDS IN ALL MY COFFEE!!!!Just started doing it and now it’s past the return limit!!!!

    The quality of the keurig brand has gone to the bottom of the ratings list. I used to have one years ago that was good and sturdy and lasted for years. I just bought the K-Supreme and it's a cheap piece of plastic garbage, In my opinion. I will be returning it. I won't be buying any keurig product in the future.

    Loved this machine but it quit working after 2 weeks. Will be returning it this weekend for a replacement. I’ll give it a 2nd try.
