    Unfortunately no one would help me find what I was looking for and multiple people to me to ask someone else and finally I asked a manager and she went straight to the back and found it for me. She was helpful but no one else was and it took way to long to find this product

    Since day one it hasn't worked properly. I have the reusable k cup for this and regular k cups and water drips into my coffee everytime. If I push hard on the top, if I don't- doesn’t matter. Such a waste of money.

    Purchased on January 15, 2021 and it’s broken by August 13th. It had weird dripping issues even after descaling and then up and stopped turning on this morning. Unimpressed!

    The new 5 stream system makes a great cup of coffee. Period. I haven't been able to try it with my favorite coffee PrairieFire Coffee Signature Blend, due to not finding a universal kcup filter until today. I've purchased a few different flavors of k-cups for to test this machine and so far all have been flavorful and delicious. This machine is quieter than my previous machine and the reservoir is too small. There was plenty of room to increase the size in front of where it currently sits. Before I put water in it, the reservoir felt like it wasn't very secure, however the weight of it full helped it to stay in place. This still makes it feel cheap however. It's super easy to use, Add the cup, select the size and click the strong button if you want it stronger, then click the big K button in the middle. It does take most of my coffee mugs, however my travel mugs don't fit, but then it doesn't make 16oz cups of coffee either. I think with the 5 stream system, they could now get away with dispensing 16 oz. cups and still not weakening the flavor. My previous keurig (8 year old Cuisinart) did preheat the water which was convenient but this one doesn't. Doesn't seem like I'm waiting any longer for that cup though so it heats quickly. I'm docking stars for the too small reservoir and cheap feel, but the coffee is delicious.

    Coffee tastes horrible. Leaves grounds in your cup despite cleaning the machine properly. Used 3 times and went back to the original. Not worth the money.

    This is the worst machine i have ever had. It quit working 1 week after the warranty ran out. I feel like i was cheated by the Keurig Company as this cost a lot of money.

    Love this Keurig - we already had one built into our refrigerator and an older standalone model as well. This one blows both of them away! The new tech for when it is brewing does make a difference in the taste of coffee (a good one). Additionally, it is smaller than our old Keurig (the main reason we got the fridge with Keurig was to save counter space) and is not as big of a deal to have on our countertop. All in all, highly recommended!

    I’ve had this for 2 months & it just stopped working. Prior to it stopping, the brewing time was so slow! My return window has passed so it looks like I’m out of luck.

    Coffee grounds in coffee. Not accurate ounces pour out. Sometimes doesn’t work at all and just drips. Threw our box away so we couldn’t return.

    What can I say.. had it for a day and bad, bad, bad… taste, bad…quality, bad..adapter to use own coffee, bad … I had a keurig for many years and it was great,.. this one .. BAD!!!

    Nice coffee maker but it broke down after one week bought two more they did the same.must be a factory problem.Best Buy refunded no problems.

    Lasted exactly 2 months. Same issue as my previous Keurig. Power light won’t go on. This time I bought a protection plan. Will be bringing it in today.

    Older Keurig broke and replaced it with this one. New 5 prong design is horrible. Makes a huge mess even with their pods.

    8 months in and now it won’t power on after rescaling. My first Keurig lasted for years. This one seems more cheaply made. I’m very disappointed.
