    I originally had either the first generation, or 2nd generation Keurig, and while it did the job, it left much to be desired. It made loud sounds when it first was "loading" water in order to heat it up to make coffee. Also made weird sounds after the cup of coffee finished brewing, which was when it would suck in more water in order to be ready for the next brew. Also it said to make iced coffee just brew over ice, but all that really did was spew hot water over the ice, melting it and making it not that enjoyable. Iced coffee was never something I felt the old keurigs could do. This new Keurig K-Supreme solves all of those issues surprisingly. From the minute you push the power button, to the minute the brew ends, it's wonderfully quiet. I'm assuming the difference is instead of pulling in the water beforehand and heating it up before the water actually is used to brew, the new machine pulls the water and heats it up at the sametime as it brews. You barely even know the water is running. And when it ends, because of the fact it pulls as it brews, it doesn't try to pre-pull water for the next brew, so again no weird sounds. Also regarding iced coffee, I figured I would give it a go having no high hopes based on the previous keurigs, but this is great. From the appearance, I would say it seems that it either just pours cold water through the k-cup, or slightly warm water through the k-cup. It definitely does not appear to use hot water. Once the brew is complete, the ice is not melted, and the iced coffee is actually enjoyable. I was very surprised! This is a greatly welcomed upgraded feature. Also as a notable enjoyable feature, their used to be 1 pin in the top of the k-cup holder, and 1 on the bottom. This is what would puncture the k-cup, feed water through the k-cup pod, and brew coffee into the cup. This new unit now includes FIVE needles in the top that puncture the k-cup pod, and leads to more water flowing through the pod, which imo leads to a more stronger brew and enjoyable cup of coffee. You also have a new button on top of the machine for a "stronger brew" incase you prefer a stronger cup of coffee. My wife enjoys this and has used it a few times and can notice a stronger cup of coffee. This gets a 5 star review from me because there really is no faults to this machine. It has an overall smaller footprint vs. the old machines, leading to less counter space. It also has a handle on the reservoir for water, which is very helpful for re-filling, and has all the wonderful features I mentioned above. You really can't go wrong with this!

    Great Upgrade over Keurig 2.0

    I use a Keurig pretty much every day (especially now in quarantine) so I was excited to finally upgrade to a newer Keurig and one with a cold brew function!! Set up of the Keurig is very simple, rinse the filter, put it in, fill the tank, turn it on and brew an empty cup of water. Can't really get easier than that. I love how it has 4,6,8,10 and 12 oz options and my favorite, the over ice function. I love being able to brew coffee over ice now and have iced coffee. Before with other Keurig's without this function, it would just melt your ice and be luke warm and gross, but this Keurig does a fantastic job of creating the perfect iced coffee. Just fill your cup up with a generous amount of ice and go to town. This Keurig also does a great job at extracting more flavor from your k-cups. Normal Keurigs only poke one hole in the center of a k-cup, but this one pokes 5 of them to extract more flavor and you can taste and smell it. I noticed how much more aromatic the flavor of the coffee was and how it had a more well rounded taste profile. I also love that you can change the position of the water reservoir to accommodate your needs. All in all, this is a great Keurig with many options and is a breeze to use and operate. Definitely will be using this one for years to come!

    I have had almost every Keurig model and have been impressed by this latest iteration. I wanted this one because of its new touted multi-stream technology and the iced coffee feature. I love my coffee and drink a lot of it and put this to the test immediately. Pros: I love the size settings, sometimes I just want a small cup and love the 6oz feature along with the 12oz setting for my travel mug. The strong feature and the "over ice" feature work well. I can definitely tell the difference in taste between this Keurig and my older model. Instead of punches two holes in the K cup, this punches 4, that was more water goes through the cup, which does make the coffee taste a little better, it doesn't have that usual K-cup taste to it. This brews quickly and has a nice sized reservoir. It's easy to clean and easy to move the reservoir from the back to the side. The coffee brews super hot, perfect! Cons: Nothing major, once in a blue moon it does not brew or water comes out first, no biggie. I'm happy with this new Keurig so far.

    Enjoying the new K-Supreme

    Got this to update an aging Keurig that I bought probably 15 years ago now. This one has a smaller footprint on my counter top and is more attractive than my old K-Classic (I think thats what it was called). You have the ability to move the reservoir on the left, back, or right of the machine which is nice. Why I really upgraded was to see if the coffee would taste any different. I descaled my old Keurig regularly as they recommend every 3-4 months, I also only used distilled water in that model. The new one specifically says to not use distilled water for whatever reason. I suppose the water itself could be responsible for the different flavor, but I noticed that the K-Supreme puts 5 holes in the top of the k-cup versus my old one that only put one in the center. The new brewer also takes a little big longer to brew the cup of coffee than my old one. Overall glad I upgraded because I enjoy the coffee more with the new brewer.

    Bought this to replace my nespresso machine, I should have gotten this one in the first place. The coffee experience with this machine is what I needed. I now can produce a HOT beverage on par with any coffee shop. The variety of pods that work are vast. Others in household use it too, because of its simplicity to use and quantity of product it produces...

    The Good: Makes a great cup of coffee. Much better than the old Keurigs. Looks nice and loke the slim lines. The Bad: the descale light comes on every couple of months. Have to go through a whole process (and look up how fo descale it) before the descale light goes off. This time though it just stopped working while descaling. No power, nothing. Its dead. Only about a year old. Glad I got the replacement geek squad plan. Back to Best Buy in the freezing cold cuz i gotta have my coffee!

    Lasted just over a year!

    My husband bought this Keurig just over a year ago--of course, because the warranty only covers one year--and it's already dead. Supposedly there's a possible fix that may or may not work, which involved removing two screws under the lid, but he couldn't get those screws out (he's a strong guy, too!). Still couldn't get them out. There's no guarantee the fix would have worked anyway. But a coffee maker that costs $160 needs to last longer than a year. He's not buying Keurig again. Next up is Cuisinart.
