    It works good so far. I only bought this because of 50% off Black Friday sale. Thanks Best Buy! I hope to get two years out of this as almost every Keurig I owned lasted around couple years or so. I would not buy this at full price.

    I never thought I would use a pod coffee maker but about 12 years ago I received one for Christmas and was hooked it was a bigger one red to match my kitchen and then couple years ago I got a smaller addition and then for Christmas I got the latest one and when I put the coffee pot in and I turn it on coffee grounds seem to spew all over and make a big mess unless I push down on the pod to get all the air out before I close the lid coffee grounds will go everywhere

      Thanks for reviewing your K-Supreme coffee maker. Pre-puncturing pods can help with pressure build up and may relieve this issue you are experiencing. You can try this by placing the K-Cup pod into the holder and press down on the K-Cup pod to puncture the bottom before brewing to release this pressure.     I’ve owned several Keurigs over the years and bought this to replace the one I have at work. It is extremely quiet compared with other models and makes a great cup of coffee.

    I pretty much only Like the design of this brewer. I think it looks cleaner and sleeker on the counter. I love the handle for the water reservoir. The water reservoir does not lock in tight when empty, and the water also leaks on the bottom of the reservoir which is a concern for mold. In my experience it lags when brewing, isn’t quite as fast as other models. I don’t know if I got a dud but I am not a fan of this machine

    How on earth can anyone give this 4 or 5 stars??? First I'm a Keurig customer. Love the pods, and this makes hot coffee which I love. BUT cmon Keurig, when are you going to make a coffee pot that doesn't spew coffee drops all over the counter??? When are you going to make a coffee pot that doesn't take 2 minutes to manufacture a 12 oz cup of coffee?? I'd also say your 12 oz measurement leaves alot to be desired. And yes I use taller mugs and my counter is STILL a mess. I never write reviews unless I'm totally satisfied with a product OR very satisfied with a product. Should you buy this?? I think you might find something better. Quicker and less messy you just have to find it. I tried a Cusisanart and not as messy but super loud and doesn't have as many bells and whistles.

    Only lasts about 2 months. I purchased this coffee maker twice and both just stopped powering on after 2 months. Keurig support wasn't any help. They basically just told me to verify that it was plugged in correctly. I ended up throwing them both away

    We really are enjoying our Keurig it is really awesome the reason I say that is because you don’t have to put water in every time you make a cup of coffee . Just fill once n there it is for coffee

    Easy to order on short notice. As with all Keurig coffeemakers I’ve owned, very pleased with quality, features, and easy setup. The first cup of coffee (and hot chocolate for the kids) was delightful!

    We have owned several Kuerig coffee makers and this one is our favorite. The only thing i cannot figure out is how to make the descale light stop blinking. (Yes i did descale the maker.)

    Unreliable, bad quality

    This is my 3d Keurig and I am done with buy them. They each failed in under a year which proves they are unreliable. bad customer service where departments disagree on everything they say and give you a run around. Never again buying this

    Stopped working entirely after 29 days. Would have been nice if return policy were 30 days. Had to work with Kuerig who are equally useless
