    Known issue - dies after descaling

    Had one for just over a year and it died after descaling... Go figure, the warranty is for 1 year... It appears to be a known issue with the Supreme line, that the temperature sensor trips because of a faulty descaling program. In a nutshell, the unit will run the descaling until the water tank is empty, and will pump air into the heating element, causing it to overheat. This triggers the temp sensor to trigger. No fix without tearing the unit apart. So either A: stop the descaling process early and don't let the tank go dry, or B: get a Nespresso unit and enjoy some better coffee, and (so far) a better machine.

    Mine lasted 6 mos. Very good coffee though. My Elite has worked 3 yrs now off and on. Highly recommend the BB warranty or opting for different type or brand of k cup machine. Kitchen aid or similar will be my next brand…

    Stopped working within a week

    (I accidentally left the same review for the K-Supreme Plus. The review was meant for this K-Supreme) I was so excited to purchase my first Keurig. I got it on 11/2 and it is now 11/10 and it stopped working! I pressed the options I wanted to use, it sputterd and gave off a little smoke, a drip of coffee came out and the controls went dark. That was at 5:30 this morning and it hasn't turned back on since! I spent a lot of money for this machine for it to conk out within 10 days of use...smh. Now I'm torn btwn returning it and getting a replacement like customer service recommended, or just completely getting my money back...smh

    Died after 6 months

    I owned this for approximately six months before it just died on me yesterday. The only positive thing about this was how quick it would start brewing, but that is it. I never accurately distributed the correct amount of water. It was always around 2 oz. less than what it should have been. Sometimes it would overflow the pods or reusable pods and make a mess in the area where the pods go. It was kept clean and descaled and just always seemed to have issues. Keurig products just aren't what they used to be.

    No auto-on??? Really?

    I was about to hit the “buy” button and then looked for a clock with auto-on feature. Guess what? Its not there. Just like with their super awesome latte machine, there is no clock! No auto-on… unbelievable. Waking up, staggering to the machine, switching it on and waiting for the water to heat up sounds like the least-convenient thing that I can imagine. Keurig. Please add auto-on to all of your machines. Its the smart thing to do, and it’ll cost you a whole $5 in production.
