It is everything they claim it to be. The perceived negative was the cup sizes. I replaced a K-Elite which offered a 4 oz. cup which I used for my instant oatmeal. I now have to run a couple of ounces into a separate cup before filling my cup with oatmeal; however, the positive is that this rinses whatever residue remains from the previous use (coffee/grounds, chocolate). I realize now that my oatmeal with the K-Elite had this in it. This unit is very quiet, as the K-Elite could be heard throughout the house during warm up and use. I get up at 3:00 am and this was not good. The coffee does taste better with the additional nozzles. I waivered on purchasing this unit because the K-Elite was about a year old; however, I am very glad that I did. Very happy with the upgrade.

My Keurig arrived on-time as promised and was nicely packed. So far, I love this Keurig K-Supreme. It is compact but has everything for my single-serve needs. Over Ice function also brews great Iced coffees. I got a reusable filter, so can enjoy the great ground coffees. I strongly recommend that. Only thing I have issue is that the closing lid feels kind of fragile when closing with a pod inside. It does not instill a lot of confidence but has not given me any problems to date.

As always Keurig is a great product. We had the original size unit. Wanted something that was more compact. Easy to fill.

New Keurig is lighter & more compact than my previous one and has a larger tank for less refilling. Multi-stream tech does brew a stronger cup of coffee. Additional cup size & brewing options are a plus.

Bought this in late November and it stopped working in late January… so that was… two months? I had gotten a protection plan (and almost didn’t, yikes), although it does seem like Keurig offers a one year warranty as well. It was working great and I told so many people about it, but of the blue, there was a bunch of smoke that came out of it and it stopped working. In retrospect, it was not putting out enough liquid a few days before it went out. Like, I would select 10 ounces and it would maybe put out 6… this is my first Keurig and it was extremely disappointing. I bought it on sale and couldn’t fathom having paid the full retail price for how short-lived it turned out to be. Maybe I just got a bad one, but after seeing so many similar reviews, I definitely should’ve done more research. It is very user friendly (when it worked)!

We bought this for my sister in law and had the chance to use it for three days. Its extremely fast and takes up little space.

Very easy to use and provides the cup of coffee I enjoy every morning.i like the fact that it powers off when not using and powers on when I need it.

I bought 2 Keurig K-Supreme Coffee makers for gifts at Christmas. Both of the recipients are very happy with the coffee maker. The coffee tastes great and is hot. The coffee maker is east to use.

Takes less space. Brews quicker. Easier to work. Easier to refill. Easier to clean. Hot coffee. (MFG did not enclose important descaling directions.) Otherwise -- best coffee maker....ever.

Using this coffee maker for traveling. So far it’s working great, it’s small size and compact design help. Would be nice if unit had tighter fitting lid and tray

Before this purchase i rarely drank coffee, but thanks to this coffee maker i've been drinking coffee every day. Easy to use and it takes 1min to have your coffee ready.

Upgrade of choices on how you want your coffee. Convenient water reservoir. Descaling light went on after a week of use. Descaled and everything is working again.

The Keurig Supreme is the 2nd Keurig I have owned. The coffee maker is sleek and more narrow than the other one I own. However with that comes a lighter unit and one that has a water reservoir that can be attached to the side of the unit or behind it. In either way I find that this coffee maker lacks 'heft'. It is very light and the water reservoir and base seems quite flimsy. Seems to me that beyond the tall water reservoir simply sitting on the base it should have another means to 'connect' to the unit itself. It always feels like the water reservoir is going to fall over. Another annoying thing is the small electrical cord. Really Keurig? What's with the small length cord. It limits where we can put it on our counter without adding an extension cord. Seems like a bad decision to save a few pennies on the cord. The coffee can be dispensed in 4 cup sizes and there is an ice coffee feature as well. I like the 4 cup option. There is also a 'strong' option that works very well. What I noticed with the Keurig Supreme vs the other Keurig I own is that the coffee is hot. That is a good thing. One complaint I always had about Keurig coffee makers is that I never felt the coffee was as hot as a traditional drip coffee maker. Keurig made great strides on that front. The coffee is hot, as it should be. The flavor also seems richer and more full and they say something called multistream technology is the reason for that advance. The ice coffee feature is good as well. You can remove the base plate and install a taller cup and that is great for ice coffee lovers. The water reservoir holds 66oz of water so you don't have the hassle of constantly refilling the reservoir. What is a good feature is that you can take the reservoir by its attached handle to the sink to fill. 4 coffee cup sizes, strong coffee option, hot and more flavorful coffee makes this Keurig Supreme Coffee maker a good buy. It would be a great buy if Keurig gave the unit more heft another attachment point for water reservoir and a longer cord.
