This is my first Keurig and it’s everything I wanted. I’ve used the K-Classic at work but this model has a stronger brewed taste to each cup. Although the reservoir is a light material, I like being able to see clear water in it. Less than a minute to get a full cup and easy to clean.

Very nice replacement for my 12 yo keurig. Multiple puncture holes. Able to STRONG brew. And smaller footprint made this a good buy w black friday pricing. It is a keeper. Cant go to 5 stars because even the STRONG brew cant measure up to my traditional ninja drip.

I absolutely love that this coffee pot heats up as quickly as it does. No waiting between cups for water to heat & fast when you turn it on. It also has a strong button. I highly recommend & wonder why I didn’t get on sooner!

Got tired of making cold brew and hot coffee separately. Another black Friday purchase that came just in time. Perfect size, does what i need it to do and makes a great cup of hot or ice coffee. Old machine now lives at work!

This purchase was to replace my Keurig that broke and was not repairable. I like the slim design and large reservoir. This model has an over ice feature that I didn't think I would use but have been pleasantly surprised at how much I am enjoying iced coffee.

Works great - additional water holder is a great feature.

Our prior k-cup machine lasted for almost 7 years before it finally burned out. This model has improved features for selecting the amount & strength of coffee preference. Really appreciate the handle on the water reservoir. Also nice to have the feature indicating when to descale it. Very satisfied with it!

We exchanged this model after the supreme model plus we bought stopped working within a month. We enjoy it because it still has the same easy to refill water reservoir, super fast heat and pour along with a simpler interface (don't need LED screen telling me coffee is pouring and to enjoy it) .

Most Keurig coffee makers store water and preheats it when the power is turned on. This maker heats on demand. The process may take a little longer, but with no preheat, total time is probably less. Makes 6, 8, 10 and 12 oz cups. We have big cups but the 10 oz button is filling.

Bought to replace a different model that died when descaling. A little slower brewing than the old original we started with. But tank is easier to fill. I use it to run hot water on green tea bags in the cup and drink 3 or 4 a day.

We have had the same Keurig for years, and it was time for a replacement. I can confidentially say they have improved with time, as we are loving this model. Feels quicker than the last, and overall less “drippy” - I’m digging it!

My mom kept asking for a new Keurig that would fit in a specific area of the kitchen and this fit perfectly! Love the size and how easy it is for her to use for her daily coffee. She loves it!

I truly like the options for different size servings and brewing strength selection. However, I find it not entirely compatible with San Francisco Bay Coffee OneCUP coffee pods, which worked fine in the older model I owned.
