This machine is great for my needs. Since I am the only person that drinks coffee in our house and then only one cup per day, it nice to not have to brew a large pot of coffee. This machine is a replacement for an older one. The new design works far better than my old one.

We purchased this to replace an old Keurig. We like the water container having a handle, it is a lot easier to refill. The water filter it uses is the same as for my espresso machine so it’s a plus that we don’t have to get 2 different types of filters.

Beautiful unit. Much faster brewing, easier water refill unit, and much better tasting coffee. The only con is that you cannot use the 'make your own' coffee pod that has the one hole. This unit pokes several holes in the top of the pod, not just one.

I bought this to replace my old kurig I had for about 5 years. We tried the kurig slim first, but it only worked for about two weeks then quit on us. So we replaced it with this one. It seems to work properly and I have no complaints at this time.

keurig is working perfectly so far. Bought in December and it is still going strong. The coffee, tea, hot chocolate is hot. I love that I can get 12 ozs of tea and also add another 6 ozs for a bigger cup. Loving it so far.

Keurig K-Supreme is the best Keurig of the three I've owned. It's spontaneous as it starts brewing almost instantly but takes a bit longer in assuring a strong brew which is the setting I use every time! The reservoir handle is also allows for easy refills.

By far my favorite keurig so far. The water reservoir has a convenient handle to easily refill with water and the size of the machine is a good size for my counter without taking up too much space. It’s fairly quite when brewing too.

Works great. Feels like its a strong cup of coffee due to the multi streams. Just like every other keurig seems like when you put 12oz it comes out either 11oz or 12oz. (Have measured water in a measuring cup) other than that, great buy!

Love my Keurig! Perfect for someone single or a couple. Doesn’t take up much counter space but gets the job done. Coffee is served nice and hot and it’s always fresh! Highly recommend especially if you get a good deal

This model is simple to use. You just press buttons for cup size and optional for Strong. There is no preheating phase like previous models so the machine starts brewing immediately after pressing Start button. The machine stopped working after 2 months. I noticed the GFCI socket was tripped after this happened. My guess is that an electronic malfunction occurred due to a short circuit. Keurig is sending a new one since it's covered under warranty. My take on this is that these machines have an inherent electronic defect since many others have reported the same problem. It is almost certain the "new" unit I get will be a refurbished one.

This coffee maker is great. I am very pleased with its upgraded features. It is very easy to use. With summer on the way, I look forward to trying out the ice coffee. My last keurig lasted 5 years. I hope this one lasts that long too.

This product works great as expected and i am so happy i was able to get it in grey to match my office decor. Ive never had any trouble with it and it is easy to use.

I got away from Keurig a while ago and decided to come back because you simply can't beat the convenience. This new option brews a much better cup of coffee than I recall in the past. Overall I am pleased.

Works amazing, makes coffee really fast. Just need to purchase a travel that is roughly 6 to7 inches tall. Once you remover the bottom tray it fits perfect. Best features are the ice coffee option and the strong option.

Not a problem so far. Gets used plenty. Hopefully my mother in law will be gone soon so this thing can get a break. She keeps leaving her used pod in it. It’s like 5 ft from the trash. For the love of god! Throw the pods away Nana!

This Keurig machine has performed very well for me. Re-filling the water, replacing the water filter, and descaling are all easy maintenance tasks as well. The coffee tasted much better than with my old coffee machine.

Having used almost every kind of coffee maker ever made, including Keurig K-Cups; Having started with the finest beans, grinding them myself; The 'flavor', the 'taste' I am getting from this unit, from K-Cups; Is pure enjoyment.

It worked fine until it didn't. It refused to power on in under 1 year. Called Keurig to get a replacement which they did send.

Very nice, well thought out design. I got this for my elderly mother in law who loved her single serve keurig that finally quit working. What she loves is the side water tank that she only has to fill once in a while. Nice.

I neither recommend this item nor Best Buy. The unit died less than 2 months after I started using it (add water light continuously flashes no matter how much water is in the reservoir). Despite the fact that the item was still under full warranty, Best Buy informed me that I needed to contact Kuerig directly for a return / exchange or take it to an authorized dealer (which apparently isn't them). I have purchased MANY items from Best Buy in the past (multiple TVs, computers, Sonos Speakers, etc.) but our relationship ended today over a $70 Black Friday coffee maker still under warranty. It was a good run...
