Great single serve coffee machine for the office. Only issue is the short cord that it comes with. Prepare to need an extension cord.

It is slimmer than the first one I bought. It uses less counter space. I am very happy with my purchase.

My wife loves it. It looks like, doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter and is super easy to use.

Old one failed its LCD first and a niddle part later. This one no LCD and design of niddle part seems very strong. I expect it lasts very long.

Love this! It is such a great size. Doesn’t take up too much space like my old one. And it punctured the pod in multiple places.

One con out of the way, the Gray model is not attractive. The pictures online make it look nearly like stainless steel and I got it as that would match my kitchen nicely. It's a very flat almost blue-gray color and appearance-wise it's not as nice as the black model (which I have at work and traded for my home kitchen). That out of the way, this unit is wonderful. Function and options are great for the price point. Color aside, it's a sharp and modern looking appliance. I drink usually two 10oz cups a morning, and I have to fill the tank around the 4th day. Highly recommend!!

Unlike our previous K, this one is consistent in its brewing. And doesn’t get gummed up in the puncture spout. Good coffee each brew. Love the strong setting as well.
