I like it because it does not start to heat the water until you hit the start button to make the coffee. It has auto shutoff. Perfect size. Very Quiet compared to old Keurig. My old Keurig would start heating water as soon as you turn it on and keep the water hot in the device forever if you do not turn it off. The old Keurig did not have auto shutoff. Simple is nice.

Well done Keurig! Not so much to Best Buy :( Bought this as a gift for my wife a couple weeks before Christmas, and when I originally put in my information, I had it shipping to my work address. Being unsure this is what I wanted to purchase, I had removed it. Upon putting it back in my cart I didn't think to check the address it was shipping to and that was that. By the time I realized the address was wrong, it was too late, but I figured no big deal, it will still arrive in a plain box. Boy was I wrong. My wife snapped a picture of the product in it's shelf box for me. Oops! I proceed to try to have a conversation, via chat, with a Best Buy CSR, but that got me nothing more than a "sorry, you should return it to a store, and re-purchase and mark it as a gift." Say what? Why would I go through all that trouble, when the cat was already out of the bag. Either way, the wife loves her new product and the fact that she can brew iced coffee at home now, not to mention it's slim profile means it takes up less space on the already cluttered countertop. She was a little sad that the setting for iced coffee doesn't let her brew larger quantities like the standard hot coffee settings. 5 Stars for the product, not the unfortunate way the gift was shipped and handled by Best Buy.

This is a compact and capable machine. The water reservoir is a little wobbly and doesn’t feel secure but it works well and doesn’t leak. The strong setting for brewing is great and it actually works. Worth the price.

Bought this to replace a Keurig that was at least 6 years old. This one works so much better. Its smaller, quieter and faster. The water tank can be positioned on the side or back of the unit depending on your space requirements. Spend a few more dollars on this unit. You wont be sorry.

This is a replacement for my 15 year old Keurig. I find this new one to make even more flavorful coffee than the old one. It takes up less counter space, which is always a plus. The water tank is much easier to fill when necessary.

The brewer is great for hot, great-tasting coffee. I prefer it over my traditional basket brewer, even with ground beans. However, the quality not the best. I brew about 5 cups per day and I am on my 3rd replacement. I performed all of the recommended maintenance. Two stopped working after 1 year, and 1 was within 1 year, which was replaced under Warranty. The customer service was great for the Warranty. I've also gone through 6 other single serve brewers of the tank-less version and the older gravity-fed version of the Keurig, which all broke within a similar time frame, so quality doesn't seem to have improved much between different versions and models over the years. This version with the tank was the fastest, and I like the strong setting, which improves the taste for me. I like it enough to keep replacing it every year or two.

I love the ice coffee and strong option on this one! It is also nice that I can move the water tank to different positions. I do feel like the multi stream technology does make the coffee taste better. Make sure you purchase the correct reusable K-cup!

Bought this for our new satellite office of 7, and it makes a great cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. Only had a small space to get a coffee maker in, and this thing fit the space perfectly. The dual position water tank is one of the best features.

I've been using Keurig brewers since they were introduced many years ago. Every time something new comes along as a certified "gadget guy" I have to try it. This new brewer with an improved infusion system is by far the best I've used yet. First, it's very quiet. You don't know it's brewing until it starts flowing into your cup. Second, the water reservoir is much easier to maneuver on and off the brewer with an actual handle. No more spilling water everywhere after you fill it up. Third, the buttons are nice and big and you don't need an advanced engineering degree to operate it. Lastly and most important, the brewer makes a better cup of coffee/tea as you prefer. You get much more flavor with a more evenly distributed flow of water into the pod. The only drawback is that this machine, with a smaller footprint isn't as heavy as the older models so it tends to move when you least expect it to. If you can, put some type of non-skid padding under it. For my money however this is the best brewer Keurig has made yet. Get one!

This has worked faithfully for 18 months. The best feature is that it can easily be filled with the hose/sprayer without moving it. I like the "Extra Strength" and "Over Ice" features.

Bought this for my wife as a replacment.. It is mucher easier to use then her other one. Best cup of coffee she has had in a long time!!!! Great value for the price!!! Would recommend to anyone!!!

What can I say but the perfect cup of coffee every time.

Makes really good coffee. The best water reservoir. Not too big not to small. The 5 needles puncture the top of the K cup to let 5 streams of hot water in to get the most flavor possible.
