I went thru 3 of these. The coffeemaker is nice, it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space and brews the coffee very quickly. Each one I got shut down during the descaling process. On YouTube there are several videos on how to reset the thermostat, but it entails taking the machine apart, which of course would void the warranty. It also shouldn’t need to be done, the machine should be able to be descaled without having to service it yourself every time! Three strikes and you’re out! This time I got a different model that doesn’t seem to have that KNOWN ISSUE as far as I can tell. The good part about it is at least it was returnable because it was within the one year mfr warranty.

I love my coffee maker makes coffee so fast and hot ez to clean and use .I love it cause u can use my own coffee ground and the coffee cup filter are very sturdy great quality not cheap so it will last years to come .love the removable container so u can wash it and always have it clean and no water residue build up .great product and kuring really put there soul on this one wish it was a little more compact cause it's pretty big and take good space on my counter .but other then that it's a excellent product.

This is perfect for my smaller and moderately coffee drinking household. Easy to clean and operate.

I use my Keurig to mostly make tea. It works quickly with no mess and tastes good. I’m sure I’ll enjoy using this for years to come.

Our old machine had some cups under its belt before it decided to start giving us issues. Bought the new machine because of the newer technology as related to the injection points into the k cup and the “strong” coffee button. Yes, it does work! Well first off this machine is faster at brewing and completing a cup of coffee. The pitcher for water is so much more easy to remove and refill. Also, the footprint of the whole machine is smaller. Overall really happy with the coffee maker.

This has been a fabulous machine! I love the fact that it holds sufficient water in the reservoir and that the heat up time is seemless! There is no long wait for the water to heat up before it allows you to brew. Turn it on, place your k-cup, select the oz size you want to brew and press the K button in the middle. Slim design makes it appealing to those who need more open space (no more bulky machinery taking up your counter). Perfect for a coffee bar in a home/office.

This replaced my old kuerig. The multi stream feature is great than the old one. The deaign is also great, compact!

Unit is more compact. Take up less counter space. Water reservoir as convenient handle making it easier to fill and set back into position. Unit has more choices for coffee cup amount and strength of brew. Unit has 5 K cup piercings instead of one like previous versions. More water goes through the K cup for better tasting coffee. I love it. Bought one for my neice. We are very satisfied.

I absolutely love this new model Keurig coffee maker. It holds more water than previous models and is easier to fill and put back in place. The K cups are punctured with 5 holes instead of one, giving a better tasting coffee. You can choose between 4 different volumes of coffee to make and a strong button and ice coffee feature. This machine heats in an instant and will shut off after 5 minutes of no use!
