What a NICE upgrade! I put in my pumpkin spice, hazelnut, or mocha latte pod, and the brewer recognizes it and picks the rright temperature and brewing directions. This one also tells.me.when its time to descale or clean the unit. With the Keurig app, i can have it set to brew my coffee at 7 A.M. and have itvwarm and ready when i get out of the shower.

I like how it fits into my small kitchen. It doesn’t take alot of space. That, plus the fact that it gives me a perfect brew everytime, makes this machine a 5/5

Easy to use and operate. Lots of choices or settings for how you want to brew your coffee. The quality of the coffee is excellent.

I will frame my review for my households useage, which is heavier than the average user. We use roughly 12-16 pods a day between my wife and myself, we work from home. But I have gone through two replacements. (Side note: Totel Tech Support is worth the money if you buy small appliances and such. I have swapped out lots and the process is easy for those small appliances, vacuum is not picking up the way it should - swap it out for a new one, wifi router slowing down - swap it out.) If you are an average coffee drinker you should be good with this unit. But heavy users like our household, look at the commercial grade units, they are not really that much more than this unit (~$280). But i would give it 5 stars if i was using 2 - 4 pods a day.

I am incredibly pleased with this Keurig. The large reservoir has a handle for easy filling. the controls are above average for a hot steaming cup of coffee. It does have internet capability; I'm pleased to say it OPERATES easily without App or internet hook up.

Love love love this !! Sleek and narrow white design with so-Findlay herring from an app. I love to “Brew from Bed”. When I come out from making my bed, my coffee is all ready to add some cream and sip !!

We enjoy our Keurig Machine. It has ton's of flexibility around the type of beverage you want. I do wish that it had a larger water tank for more cups of coffee before refilling.

I had a bigger coffee maker but moved into a smaller home with less counter space and found this little beauty. I really like that it has an app. The slim profile fit perfectly into my smaller world. It is easy to operate, easy to maintain/clean. Thanks Keurig!

I do love it so much and it was really good product

I really like how you can customize the brew strenghts and temperature levels. Its easy to brew with Alexa or via a smart phone. I just wish the max hot option was a little hotter.

Nice but WiFi feature is useless. Other than that a nice coffee maker. Just pay less and go without WiFi.

Would be 4 stars but the machine sometimes thinks a new coffee pod is an old one. It won’t brew if it thinks it’s an old one. So I have to just trick it by using the hot water option. Also, the water tank connection is kind of flimsy/fragile. Other than that, it looks nice and there’s 4 cup sizes. Why do we need wife and an app for a coffee pot? World is going crazy. Should have just went with a basic one.

For whatever reason, a previous Keurig machine up and burned out a GIF outlet. So, this is the replacement for this burned-out Keurig coffee maker. Yes, I use it every day in the morning. The difference, I now unplug the Keurig when I am done brewing my coffee.

Bought this specifically for camping due to it's compact size. It's awesome having the ability to change the orientation of the water tank. It heats up quickly, brews consistently, and doesn't leak, which is something i can't say about our Keurig Elite. There was an interesting/concerning aspect of it though. When we first started using it the generic k cups we got took forever to start brewing. Then we connected the device to WiFi, ran an update, and now every 10th cup seems to take it's time "verifying" the k cup. Not a huge problem by any means, but just concerning that technology to verify a k cup is there. The app works fine, tons of customization in a compact design.
