Wi-Fi does not work. Keurig determined that the machine was manufactured in 2022 and the software is outdated.There is no way to update it. Since I have the Best Buy Total Tech Warranty, I don’t know if they will honor repairs down the road on a different machine with a different serial number from the original purchase.

I ordered 2 coffee makers for Christmas for my Son and Daughter, my son is not local so when he opened the new coffee pot he found that it has been used and missing parts and Best Buy will not return it.

It took 3-5 tries each time when it felt like working to get it to work. It didn't recognize half of the refill pods we bought for it. We had (trustingly but foolishly) thrown out the box so we didn't attempt to return it. We subsequently bought a new Cuisinart SS-10P1 and love it.
