    The pods tend to overflow sometimes. The grounds get into your coffee cup at times.

    I can not rate this any higher as it stopped working in less than a year. I really liked it and how it worked. Until it stopped working. Glad I bought the Geek Squad replacement warranty as I needed it.

    This product was purchased as a gift on 12/20/2024. Wi-Fi does not work. Keurig determined that the machine was manufactured in 2022 and the software is outdated.There is no way to update it. Since I have the Best Buy Total Tech Warranty, I don’t know if they will honor repairs down the road on a different machine with a different serial number from the original purchase.

    This review isn’t about the kuerig it’s about Best Buy. I ordered 2 coffee makers for Christmas for my Son and Daughter, my son is not local so when he opened the new coffee pot he found that it has been used and missing parts and Best Buy will not return it.

    This was a horrible machine for us. It took 3-5 tries each time when it felt like working to get it to work. It didn't recognize half of the refill pods we bought for it. We had (trustingly but foolishly) thrown out the box so we didn't attempt to return it. We subsequently bought a new Cuisinart SS-10P1 and love it.

    WiFi connect is non existent, we ordered two of these products same WiFi issue with both.

    Bought this as a Christmas gift for friends and after 1 week it stopped working. Thought it would be a step up from their classic keurig but ended up retuning it.

    Ran about 20 k-cups through it before it died. It also feels way cheaper quality than the other models.

    Cant speak much about the coffee maker but i am curious why ever review for this keurig coffee make states that whomever wrote it received a promotial deal or sweepstakes entry. Every. Single. Review. I guess trusting the reviews on here just went out the window. Will mot be purchasing.
