This is my first time owning a Keurig. I did not think I would like it, but after I realized how simple it was to use and the wide range of possibilities for this Keurig (coffee, teas, etc)...I was sold.

Still the great benefits of your standard previous models with the new colors and placement of the water reservoir Makes the appearance very inviting. With a simple touch screen to choose appropriate cup size and tells you when to add water ( politely I might add) and change the filter no more guess work. With ease of use and so many types of coffee, tea’s and cocoas to choose from this is a great little unit to perk up your kitchen or office with efficient brewing and a pop of color.

My husband had been using a friend's Keurig at work, and wanted one for his office. So, I got him one for Christmas. I bought this model, which was a step up from the mini he was using at work... and he loves it! I'd never used a Keurig, so he set it up in the kitchen, so I could try it. I AM impressed with how FAST you have a cup of coffee... since I'm used to our drip coffee maker. The stand where you sit your cup, slides away, and enables us to use 20 oz. disposable insulated cups. You have to run it a second time to fill the cup, but it's still very quick. (We leave the same pod in). There's settings from 4 to 10 oz. It IS handy to have hot water ready all the time for soup, tea, hot chocolate... or just adding a little warm-up to your coffee. This model is attractive on the counter.. and takes the same amount of space as our drip coffee maker. It's quiet when running, and easy to clean & maintain. I also bought the refillable pods to use for any ground coffee, and the little filter cups. (Cheaper to make that way) Not sorry that I bought this model... it's been a big hit! Now that my husband has gotten used to using his gift at home... he doesn't want to take it to work! (Which was the whole point of buying it) So, I might get one for his office on his birthday.

So overall, I am quite pleased with this product, however, I do have a few complaints about it. So here are some pros and cons: Pros: -Very convenient -Can remove base to fit a 16oz Contigo under it -Can dispense just hot water -Changing water is easy (but don't put it in a tight space) Cons: -Can only use Keurig K-cups (not other brands, it will display an error on the screen) -Can only dispense 4 or 6 oz of hot water at a time -Haven't found a reusable K-cup that will work with this machine yet Overall, it is a great product, but those cons are just enough to be annoying. I would, however, recommend this product to anyone wanting to buy one if they don't mind being stuck to Keurig K-cups.

I love my new Keurig! Its so easy to use, as soon as I start my coffee the whole house is filled with the smell of roasted coffee beans as if I was in a fancy coffee house! All the different pods I have tried taste amazing and my coffee is ready within a couple minutes. The only inconvenience I would say is having to add water each time, but totally worth the results. Thanks Keurig for the free pods for this review.

This is my first Keurig and waited until they had more K cup options (i.e. Starbucks). I also waited until it was on sale as I don't think the unit was worth its original price. I bought it to be used at my job due to its convenience, so it's not my main coffee maker. While I like it, I don't think I'll be buying one for home anytime soon. My routine of grinding beans once or twice a a week and using a small standard brewer is working fine. This unit brews fast and the taste and temperature are great. Easy to use, clean, and fill up. My only complaint is this and many models in this price range do not have a 12 ounce option, which is what I tend to use at home (large mugs). So, I've either had to settle for 10 oz or brew a 6 oz, open the lid, and re-brew another 6 oz on strong using the same K cup. Not even sure why they have 4 and 6 oz. Who drinks that small of a cup of coffee!

I bought a Keurig K200 coffee maker, K-Carafe pods and K-Carafe 2.0 pods from Best Buy. I tried the 2.0 pods first, the machine was very easy to use, the smell and taste of the coffee brewed were unbelievably good, its the best coffee maker I ever had. When I tried the regular pods, it stuck at preheating and would not brew. I called the hotline and was surprised that I could talk to a Customer Care representative right away. She asked me a few questions and told me the pod holder was defective, it could not penetrate the bottom of the pod. She opened an account and ordered a new one for me for free. I received the new holder in 2 days and could enjoy the regular and 2.0 pods since then. Thanks Keurig for their excellent coffee maker and Customer Care! I highly recommend Keurig.

Bought the basic Keurig first and it seemed to be missing the mark. Returned for this version and we could not be happier. Very simple and straight forward user interface. Makes a great cup of coffee! You feel as if it was an intelligently made cup of coffee. Just a cool machine in both looks designs and the technology. Can't say enough great things about the product. Thank you!!

This keurig with the carafe were gifts for my parents. They have always been hardcore coffee drinkers with their big pot of coffee. However, sometimes that pot of coffee was just going to waste. The answer: a Keurig!! I actually already had this model and love it so I bought one for them. The color was an added bonus for my color loving mom. Now it's no problem to have one or two cups instead of a whole pot. We love this product!!!

Replaced a percolator with this unit and love it. Great size for us. Doesn't take up much space, easy to use and quick. Pods seem pricey but we were wasting a lot of coffee using a percolator vs this. Love it.

Always refused to buy the keurig because of the monopoly on the k cups...way too expensive. BUT this model allows using refillable k kups with whatever blend of coffee you use. I love it. Just refill and nice and easy coffee. I mix and blend. Alsogreat to make fast cup of tea. Great coffee maker.

This machine is easy and quick to use. The water reservoir is a little small, but the other functions make it ok. I like the different oz. options. It also has options for hot cocoa and stronger coffee. Overall, this is a great product for the price point.

Perfect size for my husband and myself, not huge coffee drinkers. But can have the carafe when company comes. Quick to dispense and easy to operate.

I purchased this to replace my girlfriend's old Kurig that had been giving her problems. It lasted a few years and got a lot of use out of it, but it was time for a new one. I got this on sale over christmas to replace her old one. This one is a little smaller, which is nice if you have a smaller kitchen with not a lot of counter space. This one has a smaller footprint than the original ones. So simple to use that her son uses it to make hot chocolate. My girlfriend has used it almost everyday, sometimes twice a day, and no problems. Works great!

This is our first keurig machine. It is much nicer than making coffee the traditional way. It is quick and easy for daily coffee, but has its design quirk. The best part of this is how easy it is to make a single cup of coffee. The touchscreen is very simple and the only option on the touch screen is for a cup of coffee. You pick the size of cup you want and if you would like regular or strong. Nothing else needed. The touch screen makes the coffee maker look clean compared to chunky buttons also. The downside to this coffee maker is the use of the touchscreen with additional features. While there are several features, such as brewing a large carafe of coffee (this is a nice feature by the way) the touch screen simply shows a carafe icon (1) and then numbers 2,3,4,5,6. There is no identification of what each number does on the screen, with the exception of number 1, carafe. You must press the number to determine what it does. Of course, you do memorize this after several uses, but why is it like this? Make an icon for each feature like you did for carafe. How simple this would be and make the keurig so much more simple to use. An additional note, the only time you get the additional (confusing) menu is when you enter a pod that triggers the features. If all you intend to use is a regular size k cup than you will see the regular simple menu each time. However, I use the reusable/washable k cup and it allows for larger 14 oz cups like a tumbler to be used. This reusable cup triggers the advanced menu of only numbers on the screen. I am not sure all of the features are necessary and of the 6 options, not one of them is plain hot water like other keurigs offer, which is disappointing. Aside from the poorly designed touchscreen menu and lack of plain hot water this is a great machine for daily use and makes making good tasting coffee really easy and quick.

This is my 2nd Keurig single-cup brewer, and I am still happy with the quality of the product build, quick set-up, intuitive usage, and the flavor. This is the 2.0 version that can also brew multiple cups at the same time. This is a great feature that I typically use on the weekends when I want a few cups of coffee for a nice lazy morning. Do highly recommend this product, it's no where as expensive as some of the high end coffee/espresso machines, but produces good quality coffees, teas and other beverages very well.

My wife gave me this Keurig as a Christmas gift and it’s been amazing. It has an elegant look, it’s compact, easy to use and my coffee is ready in a snap. I’ve used it with the ready-to-use k-cups and the re-usable k-cups to enjoy my favorite international coffees. I highly recommend.

This Keurig is compact, easy to use, easy to set up, and makes coffee very quickly. I love it.
