Keurig have become JUNK

They walked us thru what to do. Still wouldn't work. They sent another one. Same results. Keurig is junk. I don't know what they have done since manufacturing the "first" ones but they ought to go back to square one. If I were best buy I wouldn't bother with this brand. Returned for refund.
