Great coffee maker

Great unit, bad color

WRONG. The color in the photo is not as pictured - it is certainly more plum purple than gray. BB disappointed here because they would not allow an even exchange for a black one (which was also on promo for the holiday) until I fussed. A good unit, but don't buy this color looking for gray.

Does not get hot enough

The coffees and teas tasted super weird when made in this machine. I’d rather just heat up my water and make my drinks that way then using this machine and the k cups.
