    My first Keurig and it is great. The only drawback was it would not take the water, I kept getting a message to add water, even though it was up to the top. After doing an internet search, others had found they needed filtered water. I have a filter system in my house, but that did not matter. Once I added water from my filtered water pitcher it worked fine. Very happy overall.
