Bought for my son and his wife. They are raving about it. They say it blows away the older models.

we bought our first keurig because of limited counter space now I went for this one and it fits perfectly. I used to have a double pot coffee maker so I thought this would be hard to get used to however I can either make a caraffe or a single cup so that is a great feature

I got this after years of having an older Keurig. It takes up so much less space and I love the carafe ability! It’s also sooooo much quieter than older versions. The red also goes with my red kitchen. No issues after using it daily for 2 years now.

Got the keurig because I'm the only one tha drinks coffee so I like that this has the option to do a pot if you want (hate that it's not included). There's a catch that wasn't disclosed was the if you had kcups that weren't new it wouldn't work. Apparently it looks at lid design on the kcup to know if it will brew it or not. Tricky tricky! So I want to use the left over ground coffee but I will probably have to use their brand of pod in order to work. So be prepared to spend more $ if you want to actually use some of its features.

Easy way to get just the right amount of coffee or hot chocolate. Quick and simple with no waste.

Even better than the original. Have an old one at the office and this is much better/easier to use.

This product great. So easy to use the pods. Although I wish it would used the old pods as well.

Love the new 2.0, had for a month and love it. Haven't used the karafe' much but it's a nice touch.

I love this keurig. I had the first edition and it just stopped so I needed a new one. Was leary of the 2.0 because of reported pod issues. I took a chance and am LOVING IT! SOme of the off brand pods don't work. So i just order open and dump in the self fill cup I have!!! The brew options are better with way more options and sizes. Have been actively using since right after Thanksgiving and would order again in a heartbeat!

Makes great coffee. Runs out of water too soon though. Wish temperature was a little hotter also.

I have try different Keurig from family members.I love how fast my make a coffee,hot cocoa etc.

I guess I have to pay extra to have a more decent design/placement of the water reservoir. I always have to pull the unit out from underneath the kitchen cabinet to refill it which is at the back. The pricier ones have it by the side so refilling it when you have the unit pushed back under your kitchen cabinet is easier. Other than this minor inconvenience (which happens 1-2 times a week depending on how much coffee the I drink), it's a good product for people on the go who don't have time to clean up the traditional coffee makers.

I got this when it was on sale plus I had coupons and you can't go wrong with a Keurig machine.

Great coffee machine! I will have to say that if you think you are gonna use it a lot then go for the bigger size! That's my only regret

Works very well. Love to have coffee, tea, or other products in moments. One draw back is the product only goes up to 8 ounces and not 12 ounces. Another drawback is the reservoir needs to constantly be at a certain level before use even if I am only making a 4 ounce drink. I still would give it five stars because what item is perfect?
