    Keurig seems to be going down hill. I bought this Keurig because my larger Keurig stopped working 3 weeks past the one year warranty and Keurig would not fix it. This is a nice small machine that at first I loved but has already started the same issues as my other Keurig. I use the cleaning tool at least once a week but it is still having issues. I think when this one stops working I will go back to making coffee with the old school coffee makers.
