Mind you we had it over 6 years. This new kuereg gives the right amount of coffee. We also love that the new design for the kcup holder keeps the loose coffee grounds to a minimum. So when you want tea or just hot water you don't have residual coffee grounds in your beverage. If the water reservoir held more water it would have received 5 stars from us.
