Brews a great cup of coffee and cocoa. Excellent quality from all Keurig devices I've ever owned. Called customer relations with a question and they were phenomenal !!

Super cute, but louder than expected

It is pretty loud when it's making the coffee, which is strange. Also, the light color can be a challenge since I'm wanting to keep it nice and stain-free (so I just wipe it down when I turn it off for the day).

Simple but gets the k cups brewed just right. I don’t like the “pregeating” function as it adds a few seconds to my routine but overall a loved kuerig.

I am surprised that I rarely make a pot of coffee anymore. The coffee tastes better from this system. It is easy find good deals on the coffee K pods.

I have tried trader joes kcups. They don't work with these. The color is perfect. They only had this color instead of mint in store. You can choose the amount and strength of your coffee.

Makes good coffee and in the BB sale great buy.

The only thing I would like to see is a hinge on the water reservoir lid to make refilling even easier. In the BB sale it was excellent value for money.
