Exchanged at my local Best Buy and this one works perfectly. I'm the only one in the house who drinks coffee, and it's more convenient than trying to make a small pot.

Have a black Elite that I have been very pleased with now and needed a different color.

I had the earlier version but this one is much better as the water is always hot. It brews a cup in about a minutes time. It also has a filter for the water and tells you when it needs to be changed.

My wife and I love it. We bought this particular one because it lets you choose different amounts to pour and lets you choose to make it stronger. The only thing I wish it did was allow me to pour more then a 10 ounce cup. All and all though I am happy with my purchase.
