I've used the original keurig before and I've always wanted one so I decided to get the 2.0 because why not and it didn't disappoint. The only reason why I didn't put 5 stars is because I feel like I have to put more water in more often then I do with the older ones. Maybe it's just me but that was my only downside

This coffee machine is very easy to use and makes a perfect cup every time. I like that you can get K cups with tea or hot chocolate as well.

Ok I was excited to get a new keurig. My old first generation keurig still works and my mom now uses it. My second was amazing but I was having to clean the puncture needle a lot to get it to work. So I purchased a new one so I have the craft full pot option. Well beware this one the craft is not included and that's about another $26. Also I was shocked when I kept getting an error message saying I was not using keurig branded pods. WHAT! Shock as they were the correct brand but I googled and found out my pods were too old. In last year for this upgrade they put s sensor in coffee post that reads the top. Which means my old pod don't work even though they are the correct brand.

My fiance loves this. She had an older keurig and it would leak water sometimes. This can pump out a few cups (of different sizes) before requiring a refill. The only problem I have is the LCD screen never seems to want to turn off or at least dim.

Was leery about purchasing a Keurig but for this price I didn't mind. Only thing I did not realize is that it is a 2.0 version so all my pods for the 1.0 do not fit. Had to purchase additional pods.

Easy to use and produces excellent coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Able to get several cups from a full water container.

I purchased the Keurig 2.0 for my mother-in-law and she loves it. I visited during the holidays and got to see the coffee maker in action, it's as good as the original Keurig with more options! Now I can get her the carafe for her Birthday!

I love how convenient the Keurig is. It quick easy and I have a cup of coffee in less than 5 minutes. My issue is that is not as hot or steamy as with a traditional coffee maker. My bf has a Keurig too same model different color and he has steam while drinking his coffee from his Keurig. I don't why mine doesn't. Don't know if it's mine personally. And what am I to do? Take a used coffee maker back to Best Buy? So to sum up. No steam in my coffee. It's hot. But no steam. I like steam. I think all coffee should come with some steam. So be warned.

This Keurig did not dissapoint! Beautiful sandy pearl color- easy to use! Great for family or college student in a dorm.

Love this machine. Great for a single cup. You can make it as strong as you want. Beautiful color and easy to clean.

Bought this on a fantastic Black Friday sale and love it! Works well and looks beautiful. I researched for hours and was worried it would not work with all brands of k cups and that made me hesitant to buy it. Keurig must have fixed the issue on this model because it works on all brands I have tried. I use Trader Joe’s K cups and it works great with no issues. Have used it daily.

Perfect Coffee pot for one. Coffee tasted great and easy to use. I gave as a gift to my brother and he really likes it.

Bought this for my daughter who is in college. She really loves it especially on those long nights of studying and early mornings for work. Really loves it when her friends are over and they are studying and just spending time together.

Lover this coffee maker. Fits great on counter and does not take up a lot of space. Easy to use. Only con is the water reservoir does not hold a lot of water and need to be refilled often.

My wife and I are enjoying the new Keurig. We never replace our last one since we decided it was time to go back to old school. And recently I discovered this sale at Best Buy and I couldn’t believe the price. It was great and new model and upgraded version I couldn’t be more happier. So far I can’t believe how well it works. Much better than my last one with more features. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to replace their old coffee maker.

This is my 3rd Keurig, I love it’s new slim design! Takes up less space and makes a great cup of coffee! Great buy!

Tablet was everything I expected - excellent picture quality, reliable connection to the internet and battery holds a long charge. A ridiculous bargain at the low $50 Black Friday price that I paid. Very satisfied!!

Had an issue with my original K200 purchase but Best Buy exchanged it for a new one. The new one works great, thanks Best Buy for the great customer service.

Best coffee maker on the market. Easy to set up and easy to use. Buy the Pod and u can use your own fresh ground coffee, or tea bags.
