It's good enough for this simple coffee drinker. You can use the Keurig cups and good variety of them out there including a Hawaiian blend for me. Or, you can buy a filter (Keurig 119367 2.0 My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter) and use your own favorite coffee ground. It can pour a 4, 6, 8 or 10 ounce cup but I wish there was more options like 12 and 14 for those long days. The only thing I don't like about it is that it leaves about 4 ounces or so in the tank. I don't like to leave it there in the tank until I use it again. I usually end up pouring in a cup to drink later. Other than that, It's done its job for me. Pour me a cup please!

I have always liked Keurigs and bought this one for my bedroom upstairs -- and thought the turquoise color was a plus. I have another Keurig in my kitchen so no matter where I am, I can grab a quick cup of coffee.

I love my new Keurig! It was so easy to install and it doesn’t take up much counter space which is a plus.

I am a serious coffee drinker. This coffee maker has really cut down on the time I spend making coffee. I used a coffee maker with a filter prior to getting this. The Keurig is worth the price. I've always wanted one and now I'm happy.

I was excited to use my Keurig based on all the rave reviews by my friends. However, upon receiving it gave me trouble from the start with "water under pressure" along with grounds entering my coffee. Keurig, however, has wonderful customer service and I called them to discuss the problems. They replaced k-cups that were damaged from the errors and finally upon my 3rd call sent me a replacement machine. The second machine has also given me issues and with that I have a few more days to decide if I will be returning this machine. While convenient to make one cup and use it for small uses I struggle with how much time I spent cleaning, fixing or calling Keurig.

I am a mother of a very active 2 year old, a student in an expedited Nursing program and a coffee lover. What I love about this Keurig is it is convenient and easy. The touch screen makes it easy to customize my size and the strength of my brew (I love strong flavors). My daughter loves to push the button for brewing too. I clean my keurig (using the included bulb) once a week and haven't had any issues. I have already recommended it to friends and family who also purchased and so far love their Keurigs too.

It’s a great product. The size is a bit smaller, so it fits on my counter better. I love the color too.

I don't really use this Keurig - I have several others (earlier editions) that I use and love. The only thing I have heard my husband say is that some of the K-cups he buys don't work with this model. Just be careful when you are buying them and get only the ones that work with this model.

This is now the fourth Keurig that I have purchased. My very first one, the pump went out after 5 years of continuos use and it probably had tap water used in it a time or two. I try to only use filtered water now and it not only makes a better cup of coffee, it is easier on the system. Filtered water helps to keep elements like Lyme off of the internal heater and prolongs the life of the Keurig. I LOVE the new style that allows 4 oz to a full coffee pot to be brewed. This review is from a true customer and I would purchase this again from Best Buy as they have had the lowest price and a great extended warranty program!

Makes coffee fast.Many different kcups available. Water stays hot and is always ready. Love slimmer version. Takes up less space.

Makes a good cup of coffee and its a good size for a crowded counter top. Minor issue for me was my old K-Cup reusable pod does not work with it. This was not expected.

Lots of drinks to choose from. Takes a while for water to get hot. Our Bosch is so much quicker - but harder to find drinks for Tassimo. This isn't as compact as the Bosch either - but drink selection makes up for shortcomings.

Bought this item during December. Best Buy had a sale and purchased this item. Love it, easy to use, and makes great coffee!

Have owned this keurig for a lil over 2months and haven't had any problems 3 different cup size options heats fast and not to big

The Keurig makes a great cup of coffee every time. We also use it to dispense hot water for tea. Love it's simplicity to use too.
